Didn't dye my hair at allI was so super excited to receive and use this Color Set and I have to say I am sorely disappointed. I have been almost fully gray since I was 17 (currently 36) and I've been dying my roots for 20 years. I followed these instructions step-by-step and after an hour of application and setting my timers, etc. I rinsed my hair out and it didn't color a single hair on my entire head. My hair didn't like it!I used the product exactly as instructed and my hair didn't take the color it turned almost a pink instead of the burgundy I was expecting and started falling out in clumps immediately. To be fair I never use any products in my hair so I didn't really know what to expect. Holpriger StartMein Start war nicht so, wie ich es mir gedacht habe. Die Farbe war viel zu dunkel und der Ansatz nach eine Woche sehr grau. Die zweite Farbe war noch einen Ton dunkler. Danach war ich so enttäuscht, dass ich keinen weiteren Versuch starten wollte. Daraufhin habe ich eine kostenlose Farbe bekommen, die am Ansatz so hell ist, wie meine Farbe, die ich von Garnier von dm hatte. Fab coverageReally nice product. Fab coverage my hair is quite long and was more than happy with there being enough colour. I did go a shade too dark so will adjust this, overall loved it. New colorI love, love, love my new hair color, thank you for helping me with my "fixed' hair color. It was burgundy and when I tried a boxed color from the store it turned brown with harsh undertones of orange and copper. I ordered my first color to no avail It didn't turn out like I thought, so I told you and you sent me a new kit for free which I am so happy with. So easy, the girls helped to get me the correct color to go from blonde to brunette. I pull heavy red in my hair, and I really hate it, makes doing my own hair impossible and frustrating. Detailed instructions, easy to follow. I will be subscribing, and I added on the balayage kit. You can train an old dog new tricks!!!!
