Excellent product and customer serviceThe customer service is absolutely first class, I even got a call to say they have looked at my details and amended my colour. After doing my roots the result was better than my hairdresser the colour matched perfectly, could not recommend this product and company enough. Perfekte Farbe für mich!Die Farbe entspricht genau meinen Wünschen und Vorstellungen. Für meine noch nicht allzu vielen, aber gegen herkömmliche Farbe völlig resistenten grauen Haare, bietet die Farbe eine hervorragende Grauhaarabdeckung. Dazu ist sie wunderbar verträglich, ich habe sehr empfindliche, allergische Kopfhaut und sonst selbst bei hochwertigen Frisör Colorationen immer mal Probleme. Mit dem Farbergebnis bin ich sehr zufrieden - besser als mein letzter Frisör Besuch und der hat mich bei einem Farbspezialisten 200 Euro gekostet.
