Loved it ! Silky shiny hair , looks professionally done !Easy step by step process . Even colour throughout despite left over balayage ends that were not cut . Some grey showing through by roots in terms of coverage but first time I’m colouring my own hair since high school ! It’s still covered but you can see the silver shine through under lighting . Received tons of compliments where friends and family are looking to order . I have a sensitive scalp but had no issues with irritation with the dye or shampoo . Perfect color!!I have to admit I am not good with hair styling or color. Had to go out town unexpectedly so my color and highlights were neglected. Came across the esalon site by accident and decided to give it a try. I cannot believe how nice my hair turned out when I am so inexperienced. I am very impressed with the color provided, the kit, instructions and the little tag to display the instructions. So much thought and creativity went into developing this company! LOVE LOVE LOVE ESALONWow, they do know their stuff. Everything was laid out so simply that anyone can do this. The colour match was perfect. My hair looks awesome and shinny. Love love loveI heard about esalon from my friend. I had never used it before. I am also really really bad at coloring my hair. I have done boxed color that normally leaves my blonde hair under toned with patches of dark roots. I decided to darken my hair. My stylist messaged me to talk about the color choices and the best color for my needs, that would work well with my hair. My stylist did an amazing job perfecting my color. It was very simple to follow the instructions. I waited nervously for any mishaps that would occur, which never happened, my hair color turned out amazing.
