Like the productI'm slowly being taken to my preferred color. I like the ease of using the product. It is package conveniently containing All You need. Great colorI had requested an adjustment to cover my grays better, and the color came out just as I had wanted, and the grays were covered! The color is a rich, shiny brown with a cool tone to it, giving it a nice shine. I always get compliments on the color (whenever I do go out).
