Won’t Buy AgainI had done the quiz and saw a color I really liked “darkest brown mahogany” which looked like a very dark brown with SUBTLE hints of red. My hair is quite literally purple. color was good but had a my hair was straw afterI really liked the color they sent and it was easy to apply. I had my daughter help so I didn't miss anything. Color Does not lastVery disappointed with this product the color washes out in the first wash and leaves my roots exposed. The second bottle I received started foaming and spilling out of the bottle when left on the counter for less then 20 mins. I have never had hair dye do that to me and I've been coloring my hair for about 20 years. I'm glad it did not ruin my countertop. 0 di 0 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. Great customer service!Finally a company that gives great service and help! I actually speak to a REAL person when I call, and they are always so helpful snd kind. This last order was a mistake on my part, and yet they are sending me a replacement kit at no charge. This is something you rarely see these days. Never going to a salon for color again!!I am so happy with this custom color kit. My hair looks beautiful. It was so easy to apply. The instructions and personalized kit are beyond amazing. I emailed my colorist with this outstanding feedback but also asked her advice on adding more red tones. I love that it is so easy to message her. I couldn’t be happier.
