Customer for 3 yearsI've been ordering my colour here since the start of 2018. Only once did I have to go to salon (During covid and order didn't arrive for 3 months). They are so easy to work with, any issues that arose or changes I wanted to make they helped promptly. I LOVE the last colour change I got! Finally I am taking the leap!Since the pandemic hit I've been wanting to color my hair instead of giving $$$$ to my stylist once they reopened. I love my stylist but I can't afford to color and I'm getting more greys hairs. They make it so easy to do yourself! Very good quality product, my hair feels silky after. Love my color!I had never colored my own hair before the pandemic. Previously I spent a lot of money and time at the salon maintaining my blonde-copper-red hair from encroaching gray strands. eSalon worked with me until we achieved the same color.
