Excellent Product and Customer CareI have found this better than going to a Salon. The added personal touch meant I had a brilliant colour from the outset and when I wanted to tweak the colour as the season changed I was not disappointed. First Time PerfectI have only just used my new colour for the first time last week, so I can't speak to long-term results but I feel like I have the hair colour I've been looking for. It was such a nice surprise to get the richness and depth I was looking for without having to go to the salon. It's not even the money - it's the time.
