Couldn’t get it rightI’ve had two goes now at getting the copper colour I get in a salon and both have been unsuccessful. Both times the colour has been much darker and redder than I wanted. After I shared pictures and feedback I thought my second colour would be spot on but it’s even worse, I’m so disappointed. I had really high hopes for esalon but it just hasn’t delivered, I wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a natural ginger/copper semi permanent colour. 0 di 0 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. Trop claire trop rouxJe veux changer de couleur ma couleur est roux trop claire je n aime pas . Color was way lighter on my rootsFor some reason this color gave my roots a golden hue while the rest of my hair was the darker, desired color I ordered. I was not happy at all with the look and this was the reason for my canceling. I received and was charged for a second round of color before I had a chance to try the first, otherwise I would have cancelled sooner to avoid being charged for two rounds of color. I am happy I heard about esalon, love my color and it has been very easy to useI had my hair highlighted in hopes of mixing with my gray, but it turned out very dingy and I used a brown coloring conditioner then my hair looked like a brown/army green. I heard about eSalon from the person that cuts my hair. They suggested eSalon might be able to help me with color correction. I filled out the questionnaire, uploaded pictures and ended up with a great hair color. I am still adjusting it, but the process has been easy. The videos are very helpful.
