I was very skeptical to color my roots at home. First of all I've never done it before and I'm in my late 40s, but also my natural hair color is dark blond which I have highlighted at the salon. My dark roots were coming in, plus some grays. I was amazed at how well eSalon was able to create a color that naturally blended my roots into the highlighted part of my hair! I thought that was something that could only occur at a salon. I am amazed at how well it worked. Truly lifted my spirits!

Instructions were easy to follow. I have a ton of hair and I did it by myself. I'm really pleased with the results.! I have very little gray, it was more about bringing some life back into my mane, and it did that!

I have coloured my hair for over 30 years and have struggled with getting the colour and condition I have wanted recently. Someone suggested I try eSalon and as I have been at home during lockdown decided to give it a go. The colour is superb and the condition really feels wonderful as my hair had felt a bit dry and looked lacklustre and wasn't its usual raven blue black magic. For my husband to say wow and remark is a mark of how good it is and I am looking forward to see how it fares during the next few weeks. So far, beautiful colour and amazing shine. Very impressed !

Easy to apply. Well explained directions. Love the color but will be tweaking for next time. Covered all my little grays around my face. Even coverage.
Wish it didn’t have some of the chemicals it does. But it didn’t leave my hair feeling fried or damaged in any way. Glad I got it!

Still trying to figure out best way to calm down a bit of brassiness but all in all am quite happy with this. Customer service is second to none. I love being able to do my hair at home. It may not be as amazing as when I get it done at the salon with full highlights, but I’m really happy with it and just knowing I don’t have to rely on someone else is fantastic.

Easy to use and beautiful results. I went to the salon yesterday for a trim, the stylist even commented on how beautiful the color was and its been 4 weeks since I last colored. I recommend to everyone who is looking for quality at home hair coloring.

I was so excited to receive my 1st order. Loved the Personalized Color Set and free sample of shampoo and conditioner. I would of given 5 Stars if the color covered my grey in the front of my hair. I waited an additional 2 weeks to give an actual review to see how the color holds. The color is great except for the front hairline... which is the most important coverage area for me. It was a great option during COVID19 while the hairsalons were closed.

I am 62 years old and have had professional color done since my 50's.
I wanted to try to do my roots myself since the salons were closed. I watched YouTube how-to vids and emailed pics of my hair color to ESalon. I felt pretty confident to go for it.
It was actually FUN and not messy. The hardest part for me was doing the back of my head. But I am happy with the results.
Whether or not I continue to color at home remains to be seen. But for now and in this world we are living in, ESalon is my BEST friend.
I spoke with many ESalon personnel and they were all courteous and willing to help...

I always do my own hair, but it was my first time committing to coloring my hair. My colorist knew what she was doing. I went from dark brown almost black to a warm copper I have no complaints. I love the new color it's like a new me.

The color is exactly what I wanted. It's a great shade of brown with some ash but not so much it looks "Smokey".
It is very close to my natural hair color and has enough warmth to match my warm medium skin.

Me encanto. El servicio genial todos muy atentos y respondieron todas mis dudas. El paquete llegó tal cual lo especificaron, las instrucciones fueron fáciles de seguir y el color final fue tal como fue descrito. De verdad 100% satisfecha ! Lo recomiendo mil veces ahora mi mamá y cuñada lo usan es genial ! El producto no daña el cabello como esos productos de salón, no huele a químico o nada tóxico de verdad me encanto

I may never use a salon outside my home again. The process was well directed. It went smoothly even though I was not sure that I was doing everything right. Red hair isn't easy to match, but Jennifer did a great job. Goodbye expensive salon fees and lack of scheduling availability! Thank you!

Ich bin begeistert von dem Ergebnis. Die Farben aus der Drogerie sind blond oder kupfer. Hier habe ich eine idividuelle Farbe bekommen. Blond mit einem kupfer Anteil. Hat bis jetzt kein Frisör geschafft. Dankeschön!!

Wow - there was more than enough Hair dye to go around. But what impressed me most was all the little extras - two pairs of decent good quality gloves, stain guard, stain remover, and even a little sticker to stick my instructions up.
Instructions were great as they were personalized. I knew I could just follow them, and didn’t have to figure out which set of instructions to follow like you do with a shop bought box. It made me feel confident that I was doing it right.
Good quality coverage too.

I was skeptical about trying an online salon like eSalon, but they definitely made me a believer. I had a stylist/colorist who checked in with me throughout the process and answered my questions honestly. The price + the time = harmony. It's hard to justify spending $150+ for one application and spending 2.5+ hours in a salon. The color is mostly what I wanted and I think with some fine-tuning I can achieve my interpretation of perfection. I will be using this service again!

It was really easy to use and the colour is great. Really covered all my grey and my hair was soft and shiny afterwards. The colour has lasted well and the dye doesn’t smell like a home kit from the supermarket does. Throughly recommend this product and service and told lots of people about it. No more shabby colour for me 😄

I was very happy with my color set. It was put together very nicely and everything I needed was in the box and clearly marked and the instructions were very easy to understand.
I don't usually do my own hair but I had to learn after my stylist had to close her shop due to C19. So I was nervous but the color looks really good and the grey edges are GONE!
I am in the process of letting my hair grow out from the gorgeous short cut I normally wear so I have a very nice human hair clip -in that I wear until I get past this odd stage, and I used the color on it and it is perfect.
I will definitely order the color again and I am going to get the highlight kit.

I really like how my hair turned out, it looks glossy and the colour is really natural. I have used box dye once or twice from Loreal and the colour always comes out too dark. This colour was exactly what I was looking for, will be ordering again from Esalon, thank you!

I am a true redhead. Virgin hair. No processing ever for fear. Corona 19 hits. I get crazy and get sick of looking at grey looking back at me. I order and use. Its not at all what I thought. This was the perfect color! My colorists helped me get exactly what I was looking for. The color is beautiful. Even my hair stylist complimented it and she is for sure a color expert. I highly recommend.

E salon is simply the best, most natural looking hair color I have ever used. I have never gotten my hair dyed by a proffessional, but this is way better than anything I have tried off of the shelves in a store. Love it and highly recommend it.

I am almost all gray and had not professionally colored my hair since before the lockdown. So, my roots were white, my highlights another color, the ends too dark because I used a drugstore boxed color, and E-salon fixed it all! I definitely recommend this product.
