I've been using eSalon for about 6 months now and I'm really happy with it.
I wanted to colour my hair, but I can't always justify salon prices, but I didn't want to destroy my hair with box dye, either. This is a great in-between. All of the salon quality for half the price.
I'm really happy with the results - the colour, the health of my hair and the customer service is all brilliant and I'd definitely recommend!

I have never had my hair colored that the strands were so soft after blow drying. It didn't feel like my hair. Mine is usually 'just hair' or corse but this was a wonderful experience!

Colour as I requested. The instructions were easy to follow and ive definitely found it covered grey better than other shop box dyes.

Been fed up with permanent roots after spending all day for foils at the hair salon. This is amazing. Really natural look and great coverage. Has blended perfectly. Would like to go a shade or 2 lighter next time but this is an absolute game changer. No more lengthy and expensive salon visits.

Thank you so much Nicole for your help. The current color is what I hoped for and gray coverage is way better!! The formulation is thicker which I prefer because it's easier to apply and less splashing on walls/counter. Most of all, better results! Different instructions from previous applications, 40 minutes before rinsing, and generous application on partline and edges. I think it helped as well! Lastly, I have enough color to cover the roots. I appreciate you Nicole for doing an excellent job!

Ich bin wirklich überrascht , wie schön die Farbe ist . Mein graues Haar ist perfekt gefärbt , was man bei anderen Farben nicht behaupten kann . Jetzt habe ich für das nächste Mal einen Ton dunkler gewählt und freue mich schon drauf.

Ich habe heute meine erste Lieferung bekommen und sofort ausprobiert. Ich habe leider erst NACH meiner Bestellung die vielen negativen Bewertungen gelesen und hatte schon ein ungutes Gefühl! Das Abo, welches man bei der Bestellung abschließt, habe ich direkt nach Versand erstmal wieder gekündigt. Das ging schonmal problemlos! Dann wie gesagt heute Farbe ausprobiert und ich bin wirklich begeistert! Endlich 100prozentige Grauabdeckung und ein wirklich schöner Braunton ohne Rotstich! Ich bin super zufrieden und habe das Abo wieder aktiviert!

I wanted to go back to my natural red hair after bleaching blonde. I really thought it would be a disaster but it is just fabulous. Looks very natural. I sent photos of my hair and they advised a demi permanent with a tint rinse pre treatment. I found the customer care service excellent and they were quick with their responses.
The demi permenant doesn't take long and my hair feels soft afterwards and in good condition.
I'd recommend eSalon to anyone who wants a professional service straight from your own home and it's tailor made for you.

Really happy with the results. The colourist Sarah communicated very well with what I wanted and was really helpful as well. The package came with so many little details, from extra gloves, to stain remover wipes, shampoos/conditioner and the brush for dying the hair! Really recommend it! Not only was I impressed with the customer service but the colour result was better than the usual dye box diy you get! It truly was personalised!

I used this colour for the first time today, I ordered it to use on my roots and I can honestly say it's an absolute game changer. I was worried at first because I wanted lightest blonde and on developing, it seemed to go a dark brown colour, where normally it would be either white or blue in my experience, however, the match was fabulous and my hair is exactly as I wanted it. Thank you Lucia who put my pack together, the only thing I can't comment on is how it lasts, but I have high hopes.

I like the formulation that salon uses. It works great for my hair. It keeps my hair shiny, soft, and also doesn’t frizz out my hair like a lot of other hair color products. Which is why I keep coming back to them.

Le colis était emballé avec soin, rempli d'attentions géniales, d'instructions, d'outils et aide qui ont rendu le processus de coloration vraiment agréable. La couleur sent bon, les produits de rinçages sont efficaces et faciles d'utilisation. Le suivi de l'équipe de coloristes ainsi que la possibilité de donner autant d'informations et de données sur la nature capillaire et ce que l'on veut permet un travail conséquent sur le contenu des colis.

My newly adjusted colour is perfect. This is exactly right for me. The red shines through and I’m really thrilled with it. I love the tint rinse as well it really boosts the colour and shine.

I am absolutely in love with the blonde, it's natural and it looks fresh. The application was super easy to handle
The things I didn't like is the strong smell and I also had the feeling that it was a little tough on my hair structure.

The colorist did a great job on contacting me to ensure the colour I got was the colour I was wanting. I know this costs more than store box colour but this is much better quality of product and you know what you are getting. You also have the access to specialists to assist through the entire process. I had used store box colour for years and I can't see me going back to it after using eSalon. Try it once....see for yourself

This hair color line is FABULOUS...gave me an incredible color with fantastic staying power!! Leaves hair soft and shiny and offers wonderful grey coverage....and finally, one of the best things about it is that the color really lasts!!! Customer Service is incredibly helpful as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product who would like salon results right at home.

Hair feels soft and color is beautiful. I followed with highlights and a pro toner and after all steps were done, I really like the results. I've received a lot of complaints. The instructions were thorough and easy to follow.

Love the custom color set. I have worked with the color professional 3-4 times since I started using my custom color formula back in 2020. Each time I got a quick response to my questions or requests. With the few tweaks to my formula I now think the color is perfect. I get so many compliments, even from people I don’t know. I’m 72 years old and even Dr’s I have had to see recently thought I was in my 50’s . I’m sure my beautiful natural looking hair color is a part of why they think that. I will continue to use eSalon’s Custom Color set for a very long time. So glad I started using it.

Die Farbe ist schön leuchtend . Ich wurde schon öfter positiv auf meine Haarfarbe angesprochen. Der Geruch beim Anmischen ist angenehm. Gut sind auch ,2 Paar Handschuhe im Paket zu haben. Einmal zum Farbe auftragen und später, um die Haarfarbe wieder abzuwaschen.
