I have been using eSalon for 4 years and I am so happy with the product and the company support. Their customer service is very helpful and knowledgeable as well as willing to please. The product is so natural. There is volume to the color and it does not fade. The color is consistent each time.

This product is sooo convenient! I have short hair, in my mid 60's with a LOT of gray, I get to color my hair whenever I want to, in the comfort of my own home and save tons of money from coloring my hair at home, plus - I have a personal colorist consultant. Zuerst fande ich die Farbe zu dunkel, aber ich muss sagen, dass sie mir echt gut gefällt, könnte eine Nuance heller sein und dann isses perfekt / der Ansatz ist leicht ins braun gehend / sonst super gleichmäßig/ aber ich hatte auch Strähnchen die ca 2 cm raus gewachsen sind

I had been coloring my hair for years then went totally grey. After working in a place with over 20+ mirrors I decided I didn't like looking at that woman with the grey hair all the time. So I saw this add on FB and thought I would give it a try. The color is soft and not brash. It is easy to apply. I was a cosmetologist in a former life and this is about as easy as it gets. They also have so may other options if you want to up your game. It's a win/win for me!

Die Grauabdeckung ist super . Meine Enkeltochter hat mir geholfen,die farbe aufzutragen. Ganz wunderbar. Auf grund meiner operation, konnte ich erst gestern dir farbe auftragen. Die nächste lieferung kommt schon am 10.06. was meinst du ,ist das zu früh?? Ich würde gerne mal etwas mehr kupferanteil ausprobieren.
Die Farbe die du mir geschickt hast,ist die nur für die grauabdeckung derAnsätze .

J'ai essayé plusieurs couleurs pendant 2-3 ans et je n'arrivais pas à trouver celle qui me convenait. Mais à présent c'est le cas, après quelques ajustement, j'ai une couleur qui me ressemble et ça fait du bien !
L'autre chose importante pour moi est de savoir que j'utilise un produit qui n'est pas testé sur les animaux.

Very pleased with the service and outcome. I had bad highlights coloring experience in November 2023 and was frustrated with how damaged and patchy my hair looked. I waited 6 months to color it again and I have lost trust in hair salons. They either cut my hair too short or mess up my color, so I decided to do it myself. Esalon instructions on how to deal with blonde highlighted hair was fantastic. My hair is now a few shades darker and it looks great. Just what I was looking for!

The color matched my original hair color to a tee and covered the gray that was coming in! I have had my hair color now for 6 weeks! The color is lasting well - my hair has shine and the gray is covered. It is time for a touch up though as my roots are coming in with some grey. But no problem- the hair formula is easy to put on in specific areas - and the stains on hands, scalp or around hairline are easy to get off if you miss a spot or touch a spot without a glove on. This is all so much easier than I thought it would be! And I am happy with the results!

My hair was a light brown, I had a plum color a few years ago but I tried so many formulations and different brands to get the same color and it never worked out so I just stopped dying it. I tried this, and it gave me the perfect color, and I think filled the cuticle a bit cause my curls are way less frizzy after the dye. Very happy with my purchase, and will be purchasing again whenever it fades. Thank you so much!

I was nervous this being my first time. The color came out awesome and matched my current color perfectly. It also did a great job covering my greys. I also noticed that it did not burn my scalp as much as the color at the salon. Thanks to Mindy for whipping up a perfect batch.

Just wanted to tell you again how much I love my hair color. I love the convenience that mail delivery makes. I don't have to go to the store to discover they don't have my color that day. I was so excited to get my first box and tried it 3 hours after I received it in the mail. And I love it, they nailed the color perfectly!!! Great job!! I'm a strawberry blonde and it's very hard to find my match and they got it right the first time. The color they blended for me was medium/Blonde/copper red. And it's perfect for a strawberry blonde.

Ok this is the second time i’ve used esalon color,so delighted with results first time thought I would give it another try . Just as pleased with results although I think my timing was off or applying dye technique wasn’t as precise. I had some areas not quite holding color as well but think it was my fault rather than product. Bought the root spray so when it’s really noticeable I will use that until next dye application. Still feel it’s worth the effort and price is far below what I would pay at salon. I’m satisfied and will continue to use esalon. Thanks.
Adding an update ,it’s 2024 and still using and extremely happy with color system ,even my former colorist from Ulta said it was professional looking that she could not replicate the lovely color herself! That is a great recommendation!

Absolutely love this. Colour in root was different to the length colour so looks streaky! However I’m not sure if that was just me and my first time with a bowl and brush! Customer service is fantastic and i can’t wait for my next order! My hair felt Amazing after! Highly recommend!

The eSalon team has been exceptional and getting the exact color I wanted. The responsiveness and dedicated customer service is bar none. I loved my last color but wanted a little more red and explained what I wanted and the colorist created the exact color I needed. I'm extremely happy with the service, and I don't have to go to the salon anymore. Very satisfied customer. I would highly recommend.

I love this process, I wish I had found it earlier. Since my hair has started to grey I’ve been paying a lot to have it colored at the salon. This is a perfect solution. And I actually prefer doing it at home. I’m a customer for life!

I was pretty satisfied with this color. I love the actual color but there are still little tiny hues of red - nothing to make me angry though. Overall these hair colors are really nice and my hair feels great after coloring!

I am so happy with the custom set. It is so easy to use and I look like I've gone to a shop. The color is so soft and natural looking without the harshness on my hair of over the counter colors. Absolutely love this hair colour. Exactly the colour I wanted. Easy to follow instructions and application technique. Love being able to get it delivered every 4 weeks it's so easy. Absolutely salon standard hair colour. Price is so much cheaper than the hairdressers. Love the fact they contact you to see if you need it adjusting. Love that you can purchase add ons. I had some gray hairs coming in and I desperately needed to get my hair colored. At first, I was very hesitant, but after I finally decided to go for it, I must say that I am a "lifer" for sure! The hair color did not cause any brassiness or breakage, and it evenly covered my hair. I am blown away by the results and extremely satisfied!

I have also recieved some purchases as gifts , & everytime I was more than completely satisfied with your products. I am retired now & can't afford a subscription, but you can be sure I will always order my color from your company! I have colored my own hair & also had it professionally done through the years & I have never been more satisfied with a company's product than I always was with yours!!! In my opinion, your company is Aces! Very professional and I'm sure happy that you are still in business & I hope you are for many more years! Thank You, Renee A. Smith

Loved the Copper Mahoghany you formulated this month. It is perfect! I've been trying to get this color for myself since I started coloring my hair some 60 years ago. At 75+ I have finally found it. Don't change a thing! GREAT JOB!
