I have to color my hair a lot due to grays, so I just stick with the box. I always used L'Oreal Preference or Natural Match. Box color always turned out better than any salon color. I must say this is the second time in the history of coloring my hair, that is was FABULOUS!!!! I have told so many people about this in the past 4 weeks. They love my hair, and so do I. I will NEVER go back to box, or anywhere else. I have FINALLY FOUND MY HAPPINESS!!! Thank you!!!!

I've been using this product for at least a year. Particularly love that I can modify the color depending on the season. I am a redhead and the color lasts and lasts. My last color was so perfect, just a little less red. Wonderful. I have a little gray, blends in great.
I also recommended it to my husband and his color is perfect for him. He is having the same results, long lasting color and so natural.
Easy to use. Great price. Salon quality.

I have been ordering hair color from eSalon for almost 3 years and am so pleased with their products! I receive a shipment every 6 weeks and cannot image using any other brand. I recently received a damaged box of color where my color spilled inside of the box. I called eSalon and not only did they replace the color, they expedited my shipment! Love this company and their customer service.

First time I have used this, and my hair looks amazing.
I was worried it would be too dark or too light, but no. It was perfect, so happy and saved me a fortune on going to the salon.

Love your product. It's Awesome. Covers all my gray. No other product was doing that. And after I you guys made one adjustment in color to make it a little darker. It is now perfect. Love It. Told my friends about your services I am so happy. As of June 2018 I am still using ESALON for my hair color, I Love This Product, Love the money I save by not having to pay salon prices to cover my very hard to cover gray hair.

I was very impressed how easy it is to color my roots with the brushes. I hardly have any grey hair since 3 weeks ago when I did my roots!! 😀 I would highly recommend ESalon!

My hair pulls a lot of yellow out of blond color, and I love that this color stayed cooler. Also, easy to use, and my hair feels softer than usual after a color process.

I tried the natural gray for about a year and it was easy and many people said how they liked it...but I didnt! I got really bored with it! I ordered online and they sent me the exact color I was hoping for! A friend who's a retired beautician said he was amazed how natural it looks! Getting my second kit within the week! Very easy to do!

I really like the custom color.... good job on your part! I was ordering the Golden Copper Tint Rinse but since you discontinued that color (why, I don't know!), I ordered the Golden Tint Rinse. Since I haven't tried that rinse yet, I cannot do review on it.

I love getting the same hair color each time. In the past, if the store didn't have the color I wanted, I would choose another- which I didn't always like. It has great coverage, even on the gray.

Your product totally corrected my uneven color and brassy roots! I am so happy. The only problem for me was with long hair it’s hard to see the you are getting the roots in the back. My hair got a little tangled up . User problem not the instructions.
My hair is softer and shinier than with any over the counter product.. and more affordable than the salon.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE eSALON HAIR COLOR!!!! I highly recommended this product to everyone who colors their own hair or has their hair professionally done ( WHICH IS VERY EXPENSIVE)we all know!! This is the 2nd time using eSalons product. The first time it literally last me almost 7 months!!! It was so good my boyfriend even noticed how long that it worked in my hair!!! I just want to say THANK YOU to eSalon & their professional technicians for making such a great product for us women who do use hair color and for making a product that is made up specially for our hair. It's a great feeling to know I don't have to go to the store and look forever anymore for a box of hair color that is way too expensive and doesn't last but a few months if that. I love the color change -have gotten many compliments I have one concern and that is how do I keep this color without it tuning lighter, almost a light brown not the darker brown when i first color. Please let me know what i can do.

This is a wonderful low cost way of dying, works very well. Covering grays is short lived. Nice to be able to adjust color to meet your needs. NEED highlight kits.

I really love my color! I can't think of how I would change it really. It's perfect. I've never had my green eyes just "pop" without makeup before. It's totally natural and I love it! I want to see how the next couple colorings go before I decide if I want/need to change anything. Big thank you!!

I have been an esalon member for a while and have adjusted my color a couple times. The colorist are very helpful in working with you to help get what you want. I have been very happy with the the level of customer service I’ve received over the span of my membership and would recommend esalon as their product is a good quality product.

My colorist called before my product shipped. I was looking to stay close to my current natural color just hide some of the grays. She did a great job and got really pretty close to my natural color. I was worried I'd end up with one all over hair color but it really seemed to enhance my hair. I'm happy and am definitely ordering again.

I expected great color and I got it but I wasn’t expecting my hair to feel so silky and light. eSalon is great! They have made changes to the color and they allow you to adjust shipping as needed.

Loved my color, especially the gold tones. I still had some grey afterwards but that may be due to it being the first time I ever colored my hair myself. I may not have saturated the front enough and I may want to switch to the brush technique instead of bottle.

I was previously a light brown pearl copper gal. I kept feeling like there was something we could tweak to get it a tad more natural looking. I tried the medium brown ash copper. Just finished coloring. It’s still damp but I’m in love. No violet tone. Just a pretty brown-red that looks like my hair! Thanks a bunch!!

The questionnaire was a great starting place, but what really helped my stylist was the pictures I posted of my hair before coloring. She contacted me and double checked to make sure I wanted such a dark color. After talking it over with the stylist over the phone, we agreed upon a slightly lighter shade to start and I am so grateful! The color I chose would have been way too dark! My color now is perfect! My hair is soft and shiny after coloring and the color does not fade hardly at all after 6 weeks. I have a lot of grey and this covers it all! I will be using eSalon from now on!

E Salon is fantastic!!!! I have very long curly hair that can be a pain for coloring, whether it be at home or in a salon. The staff is amazing and color specialists have gotten the colors and color changes I have wanted spot on!!!! They are also very efficient and give me great advice. I love that all of it is done online. OH and I ALWAYS have enough color for ALL of my hair!!!! Its FANTASTIC!!!!!

My first color was a little light and didn't give me the stubborn gray coverage I needed. After giving feedback on the color, it was adjusted and the second color was spot on, gray coverage was excellent! Couldn't be happier!

I have always used a salon for my hair coloring because I had a real bad experience one time with doing it at home but I tried this I did a test sample and I am totally amazed with how well it does. saved me $$$$ loved it. Will continue to use it. The color was a perfect match.
