I colored my hair today on mothers Day and I am so impressed not only did I get to customize my color the way I wanted to , but the different tones and highlights that are in the color absolutely better than I expected I could not achieve this by buying my color in a box like i always did before 😞 Thanks so much i love my hair now.

Thanks for adjusting the last order sent on May 1, 2018. The addition of the blue and pearl in my formula made a definite difference in the amount of brassy tones, the roots took a nice beige tone, it’s so much better. I also enjoyed the Mother’s Day e mail.

I really like how personalized the ESalon product is. It is easy to use and everything is provided for you. I also love my custom color. Just upload your picture and answer a few questions and you’re good to go. They will also check back with you to see if you like your custom color and will make changes for you if needed. Very easy company to work with if you have any questions or concerns.

I had been going to a salon for color but due to a medical issue, I had to stop. I was then out of work for seven months and just didn't have the funds to treat myself for salon visits that are quit expensive. I found your service on facebook and I'm in love with it! Esalon is the best hair color I have ever used! Not only do the products smell amazing, they are also nourishing and add significant life back to even very over-processed hair. The products alone are amazing, but the costumer service was the most impressive part of the experience. My initial hair color was not what I expected and a real spoke with me on the phone and via email to figure out the situation. They were so helpful and kind, that I can't imagine using anything else.

The custom color kit arrived quickly. I loved how everything was included. Everything was very professionally done with the kit being customized especially for me. The gloves were very nice (I hated to throw them away) and you received 2 pairs - not like the store-bought cheap ill-fitting gloves! It has been a few weeks and so far my color is holding - no fading. I am looking forward to my next color.

I absolutely love the way my hair turned out. I don’t understand how there can be multiple tones in one bottle but It’s really cool. There is actually enough product to cover all my hair. Not stingy. I was amazed to receive two separate products for roots and ends the first time. I’m hooked! I have tried just about everything you can imagine. eSalon has been the best so far. Thank you.

I've used esalon twice now, and every time, I get a ton of compliments! I love how easy the application is and I love my hair color. Everything comes so nicely packaged. I had read some of the reviews and waited for courage to apply my custom hair color. I love it! I followed the instructions to a tee (put the instructions up with the sticker provided on my shower door) and my color turned out beautifully. So iv been dying my hair by myself ever since I was 15 never really thought i should pay someone $100 to do something i can do for $20. Ive tried almost every brand and color and i mean every. I came across this on line and thought why not i could always fix it. But let me tell you the box was so nice and i was surprised i didnt have to leave it on for ever. As soon as i put the dye to my hair i could see it changing. It only took an hour start to finish and my hair is gorgeous. Its shiny soft and smells good. Im telling everyone.

I was a little leery about coloring my hair at home. I would go to the salon faithfully every eight weeks. What usually took me 3 hours in the salon took about an hour at home. With the help of my daughter I had beautiful color and it covered the grey. The colorist did a great job in matching my existing color.

My only "complaint" is that this was my first time using a product like this, and it was a bit of a messy product. No fault of eSalon's. I was just new to the process and I'm 100% sure that the next time won't be nearly as messy now that I know what I'm doing. I'm very excited to get my second shipment! I love the color!! The coverage is very nice. I also liked how my hair didn't feel like straw afterwards. In fact, my hair has felt very silky ever sine using this product. The shampoo and conditioner that came with the color is really nice. I did, however, have to go purchase my own at Sally Beauty. I do not recommend the Ion brand at all It has stripped my color a bit. I recommend getting the shampoo and conditioner offered on this site. It worked the best.

I loved my color!. I've always had some allergic reaction even with the ammonia free color hair treatments. With my eSalon kit I had none. My hair was very soft and it looked so alive and natural. I definitively recommend it!!

This hair coloring is perfect and saves me time, for it is delivered when I need it. It saves me money by not having to pay for an expensive hair salon visit. They instructed me so the coloring is done just like a professional. Love it and get compliments on my hair color frequently.

This was my first time ever of permanently colouring my hair so wasn't sure what to expect. The instructions were easy to follow and the colour was near perfect to my natural colour. The little sticker to stick the instructions to my bathroom mirror was very useful and a nice touch.

Good very good advice from the colorist how to adapt my root color. Love the quality of the color, my coarse hair is soft and shiny.
I am sold on e-salon, will keep my own color and have not to rely during my frequent travels on the highly varying skills on haircolorist in hotels or airport stopovers.

Love this product! Its easy of use and short process time makes me want to tell everyone, I meet its qualities. In the salon it takes up to two hours for a color and other home products can take an hour and still not cover the grey. eSalon's product makes my hair shines, covers the grey and look so health everyone wants to know what I'm using.

I have been using eSalon coloring for over 5 years now. I like that they will blend a color to what you ask for and also deliver it to the door. I have made a few adjustments over the years and they are good at trying to get the color the way you like. I have not seen any damage to my hair from using this color and most of the time it is really great. The times it is not might just be because i needed to color sooner than i thought and i just used a touch up kit from the store.

I cannot say enough about this product. After my first application I was in love. There are variations in the color especially in the sunlight. Not just one solid color. The shade is perfect, my hair feels and looks so healthy, and every day I get compliments. What more could a girl ask for?

I've been coloring my hair or having it colored for over 20 years (since I was 14!) so I know my way around a bottle of developer. I found the kit to be incredibly helpful and LOVED that it came with stain guard, two sets of gloves, a good quality brush, and stain remover cloth... even a sticker to hold the instructions up on my mirror! Color on my hair pulls extremely orange-red, and most colorists have to try 1-2 times with my hair in order to get all that brassiness out of even ash-neutral colors. Esalon seems to have gotten it right first try! There was no red tinge to my color, which was a huge improvement over drug store brands. I was also very pleased that leaving the color on for 30 minutes covered my extremely stubborn grays, which usually require a 45-minute process at the salon. AND, the color didn't irritate my scalp like salon color.
The only two drawbacks were the odor & the instructions. First, the odor was extreme... more overpowering than anything I've tried in the drugstore aisle and salon. I have an enormous bathroom so it wasn't a ventilation issue... the color just seemed legitimately noxious. My eyes and nose burned when I first began mixing it on the countertop... I almost didn't use the color because I feared it would irritate my skin. But once the color was mixed, it was fine with the bathroom fan on and double doors open.
The second issue was instructions. My instructions suggested applying at the roots only and then adding water to the leftover color and massaging into my ends for 2-3 minutes. I was a little skeptical about this but did it anyway, and I'm glad I did. I think the water/massage trick helped blend what would have been a pretty serious line of demarcation where the old color met the new. I wish I would have ignored the instructions in this case and applied the color from root to tip on this very first color. Oh well... I'll do that next time and then from that point forward should only need a root touch up.

Love my new color

I decided to take a chance to go darker than I have been. I was afraid because I was so scared my color wouldn’t come out even but the instructions were super easy to follow and it turned out great!

This is my 2nd bottle of color and my 2nd time to fall in love with this brand. Love everything about it. The packaging is wonderful and convenient. The smell is actually pleasant and not at all obtrusive. It washes out and my hair is so shiny and beautiful. The coverage and quality of color is superb!

I love, love this product. I should say products because of the conditioner. The best I have used. The color turned out so beautiful. I liked it when I first tried it but this time it's better. You don't get that dry, brittle feeling after coloring your hair with this product. I definitely recommend it and will definitely use it again.
