Feels good to be in control of my hair with quality products. I have been disappointed with going to the salon for a while now due to cost and plain sloppiness of color application (like not staying within my hairline), I was feeling at a loss for what to do then I discovered esalon. I have some gray and this does a good job of covering them. I typically do my hair every 5 weeks (it grows fast!) The process of getting set up with the right color here was simple and fast. When I tell people I have been coloring my own hair they are always shocked because the color looks so good and natural. I may increase to every four weeks because I hate regrowth. But being able to do it at home is not as much of a time commitment so it is more convenient. Super happy!!!

To be honest I was sceptical thinking it was just a fancy personalised box dye. I was even madder when the experts advised a different colour from what I usually used (35years). I have afro hair and always used a dark brown to cover greys. The experts sent me soft black. I expected to get a result of boring plain black. Instead hair is vibrant and exactly my own natural colour. I love it. My hair looks so natural and does not look dyed. The system is so easy, no squeezing colours from metal/ plastic tubes etc. No drips, no harsh smells. My partner didn't even notice my hair was not dyed, he thought I washed out the old colour and went natural. That is a wow!!!! Would highly recommend.

Was a little concerned when the colourist changed my order for darker shade, but went with it. Was nervous when I saw how dark it developed, but the overall result is amazing and nowhere near as dark as I thought. Best colour I’ve ever had looks so natural and looks like me. Thank you !

I started using eSalon about 8 years ago (at age 62) to disguise some gray/white hair that was starting to show up! I've never used any other color product so can't compare it to another one, but this one is so perfect that I wouldn't want to try another! The color is so awesome that my hair seems as natural as it was before needing to cover that gray, and it has stayed just as healthy. Last year I decided to ask my stylist (whom I went to see just for trims) if I could bring the color to her to apply, just to save me having to do it at home. She gladly permitted this and has been doing it for me ever since. She raves about how great it is for my hair and how good my hair looks!! So, not just my opinion, but that of a professional!!! Some day--waaaaayyyy in the future--I may decide to go natural with the gray or white, but until that day, it will only be eSalon that colors my hair! Thanks for a truly great product!

I ordered the custom color set from eSalon and that was the easiest and best decision I've made in awhile. The custom color was perfect and exactly what I was looking for. Best part is it was also delivered to my door. No going into stores and staring for an hour to decide what color I want. Its easy and convenient. Will never buy anywhere else. Meine neue Haarfarbe wurde genauso wie ich sie mir gewünscht hatte, ich habe den Farbton verändern lassen, dunkler und wärmer, die Veränderung ist auch geglückt. Trotz das es nur eine Intensivtönung war wurden die grauen Strähnchen sehr gut abgedeckt, mein Haar und meine Kopfhaut wurden nicht belastet, ich bin begeistert und freue mich schon auf die nächste Färbung.

Have been having my hair done at my local salon.
Have noticed in a few weeks my color is starting to fade. Using this eSalon product has solved that problem. Color has lasted much longer then the hairdresser.

I'm loving the neutral dark brown shade it covered all my grays and color looks really natural and compliments my skin tone the kit is really nice comes w everything the customer service is awesome I just had my husband help me w the back of my hair much more affordable than going to a salon and I like the convenience of doing it at home w a product that is much better than box dye

Ich mag meine neue Haarfarbe sehr. Ich hatte immer Angst meine Haare zu färben.Mit e-salon hat sich diese Angst in Luft aufgelöst. Meine Haare sind nicht mehr so spröde. Es kribbelt nichts auf dem Kopf beim färben und es riecht gut.

Ich habe Mitte August Lichtblond-Haarfarbe für mich bestellt. Nach einigen Tagen kam meine persönlich auf mich abgestimmte Haarfarbe, schön und übersichtlich verpackt bei mir an. The color was spot on! I am loving it so much that I think I'm going to forever keep my hair this color. My only concern with this color is how quickly it starts to fade out.

I was having an issue with my color being too dark but my stylist addressed my concern and I loved the result! However, what really impressed me was the customer service! I had forgot to change my shipping address when I moved & my color got sent to my old address. I emailed to let them know and without even a response had another order in the mail to the correct address. It’s a great hair service with great service!

I must admit that I was a little nervous to color my own hair but I went for it!! So glad I did! My color came out perfect.. I couldn't ask for any better. It sure beats paying a high price at a salon.

I have to say I was a skeptic, I dye my hair so often I wasn't sure if esalon could add anything to that process but I must admit when I am wrong!
Easy to follow instructions, nice kit of accessories and my hair feels amazing after! Also instead of just the mundane feeling of putting another dye on, I really enjoyed the special feel of the process! Super pleased with result 😀

I really love this color. I was afraid that it would be flat, but when I was finished and I blew dried my hair, the color was fantastic, my hair was so soft and there were subtle highlights. I just love this color. Thanks to my colorist Genvieve for getting it on point.

I use esalon mainly for covering my gray hair. This time the the effect is great and my hair is smooth and shiny with the desired hair color. It covered the gray well, thanks to the stylist changing the instruction and formula after my first time use resulting in an unsatisfactory result. I appreciate very much for modifying the formula for me.

Je suis vraiment ravie de cette coloration, odeur agréable, temps de pause imbattable et une couvrance parfaite en 1 seule application ! J'avais des reflets roux suite à de précédentes colorations et il n'y a plus rien, j'ai bien le reflet froid que je souhaitais , à voir dans le temps mais pour un premier essais je suis ravie pour le moment !

Not only was the colour the exact colour match to my natural roots, it was creamy, thick and smelled so good! I loved the richness of the formula.
I was scared at first because it looked really dark but once it was rinsed out it was PERFECT :)
ESalon customer service was beyond kind and helpful. I am so happy with my purchase and have received so many compliments.

I normally do not leave reviews because I'm pretty lazy...........And I'm used to spending $150-$200 for hair color, and even then I'm not satisfied and have just learned to be ok with what I've gotten. I ordered my color from here and waited several days to apply....because once again I'm lazy.....and decided to color my hair before work this morning. I LOVE it! It was incredibly easy, especially for a lazy person, it turned out perfect! I love the color, I love the tone, I love everything about it. I don't have to settle for something and hope that some will washes out soon so it will look more natural. I am a travel nurse and have a hard time finding someone to color my hair on my schedule. This is better than any best case scenario.

I am not one to write a review but with this amazing transformation I must! I had been spending hundreds every 7 weeks to go to a salon and have my hair colored/ highlighted. I was never that impressed with how it came out. I did my profile and called my consultant and had her add some golden and copper to my next hair color. It arrived lightning fast from CA. To NH. I waited a couple of days to say goodbye to my blond highlights that I definitely spent hundreds on over the last year. Today I colored my hair! It was extremely easy and I have to say that I am beyond happy with my results. THANK YOU ESALON! You have won me over for your excellence in color correction! I finally have the color I want. My hair is so soft and I can’t say enough about your company. THANKS AGAIN!

Thank you so much for your time and expertise on my updated color. I’ve been with you since 2014 and in 2023 decided to go to a salon in my area for a cut and a new look with my color. I went 3 times. They did really well the first time but had almost turned my hair blond by the 3rd time. I came back to eSalon and told you what I wanted and Oh My Gosh! I simply sent a pic, explained what color I was hoping for and it turned out better than I even expected. I don’t know how you did it. I’m so happy! It’s back to my more regular color with a hint of Ash which I love because I’m getting older and needed to blend the gray. It’s been 3 weeks and I got a nice compliment this morning from my daughter saying how she loves my color.

Have been using eSalon for 6 years now and have only had professional results. Even my hairdresser commented on how good my colour was and was visibly surprised when I said I’d done it at home! Have saved so much money and only go to hairdresser for a trim now.

Not only do they include absolutely everything needed to do my roots, when I wanted to go a bit lighter for summertime, they adjusted my “recipe” accordingly. I use the bottle for 3 applications as it’s just my very, very grey roots that need done every 3 weeks. Highly recommended!!

I am living on a fixed income until my health hopefully gets better and I'm willing to put aside something else to be able to buy this instead of store bought brands. The personalized color they send is absolutely beautiful and unlike any other I've tried. Not only because of the gorgeous color but it makes my hair noticeably more healthy looking. I say noticeably because of the compliments I've gotten when used. Certainly happy to send ppl that ask about my hair color to esalon because woman should build each other up and what a great way to help do so than to give them the knowledge on esalon. Really great experience!

Ich bin begeistert. Meine Coloristin hat tatsächlich meinen natürlichen Haarton getroffen. Das Haar sieht nicht gefärbt aus, ist kräftig und glänzt. Ich habe beim Friseur so häufig experimentiert, aber mein gewünschter natürlicher Haarton kam nie dabei heraus. Jetzt bin ich vollkommen zufrieden und möchte nie wieder eine andere Farbe. Tried whilst my usual stylist went on maternity leave. Reticent at first however, my husband (temporary colourist) 😉 and I were very impressed with the results. Furthermore, during a recent salon trip for a cut my temporary stylist she couldn’t believe how lovely my hair colour was and said she must ask my usual stylist how she got such a fabulous result. I didn’t have the heart to tell her who the credit went to so I thought I’d share here instead!
Suffice to say, my husband is now my new permanent colourist. The best blended colour ever. Totally matched my highlighted re-growth. Tip, send in a photo as I think it really does help the colourist get the correct blend & finish.

eSalon listens and they get it just right. Amazing gray coverage and color. Very simple to use and love that they offer ammonia free color. So much better than spending a fortune at a salon with sub par service and results.

Gracias por toda la ayuda Danielle es mi colorista, de verdad que este color set que me llego ahora cubrió toda las expectativas. Luego de usar el primero set y no estar contenta con el resultado, se esmeraron para asesorarme y lograr lo que deseaba. 100 por ciento recomendado, mis canas se taparon totalmente y el color mejoró muchísimo, quitando un poco el tono cobre que tenía. Estoy fascinada, todo tan exclusivo. Feliz! Gracias

After I had this last color adjustment. (that’s 14 adjustments in 8 years) the color is a nice stand out Auburn. It has just enough med brown, copper, and red mix. It truly is a color worth headlines

I love eSalon. The color is exactly what I wanted to match my natural color. They even adjusted my color to cover more of my grey as it became more prevalent. The weekly conditioner is amazing too. My hair gets really frizzy with even a small bit of humidity and this really works to keep it soft and shiny. I usually use it more than once a week because it makes my hair look really healthy and not dry or frizzy. Thank you eSalon!

I have been searching for this color for ages. I just said what I wanted and that was it.A few days later I received it in the mail in beautiful custom box. I will never use any other product again when it comes to coloring my hair 😍

I am over the moon. My auburn hair has been my pride since I was a little kid. Now that I'm getting grays and whites, I was so scared to dye my hair. My color specialist was amazing and so thorough. My hair color is perfect. No weird pink or purple tones. It's like she managed to figure out my exact hair color. And my hair feels AMAZING! I used the demi-permanent with a brush to just cover grays. I followed directions and did the color rinse to blend. It's perfect. Thank you! You have no idea how happy I am that I found eSalon!

After plenty of advice from my expert colourist , I opted for a dark blonde to cover greys and add a healthy shine. Once applied, the colour was darker than imagined but my friend added some very fine blonde highlights which made a great difference to the overall appearance and shade. I'm so pleased with the overall quality and finish of my hair. A lovely shine achieved and greys gone! Next time, I would like my colour a lighter shade of blonde but for my 1st attempt without a hairdresser, I'm so delighted and intend to continue using eSalon for future purchases.

I am absolutely delighted that I have found you. Everything has been exceptional, from ordering, receiving advice, receiving my parcel and the instructions. You have clearly thought of everything, even down to being able to select glove size - which has always been a frustration of mine with home colour kits. I have been delighted with my colour and went on to order highlights too! As someone who has a fear of salons, I am so happy to be able to do salon colour in the comfort of my own home and in my own time, and privacy. Thank you!

Ich habe ESalon recht spontan zum Ausprobieren bestellt mit der Erwartung, dass es so lala wird. Wie kann eine online Beratung und der Preis vielversprechend sein? Ich habe nun einmal gefärbt, nächste Farbe ist unterwegs (mit Anpassung und informativer, freundlicher Beratung) und ich bin extremst begeistert. Das Färben ansich war super easy, gut erklärt und hat keine Schäden angerichtet. Die Farbe: top! Extremst deckend, gesund aussehend und tolle Prigmente. Jetzt nach 3 Monaten etwas verblasst, deswegen die neue Bestellung.
Bisher nur zu Empfehlen! :)

War ich schon verzweifelt mit meine undefinierbaren Haarfarbe , da ich hier eine individuellen für mich abgestimmtes Möglichkeit gefunden habe, bestellte das Produkt und nach 2 Woche warten (nicht getraut) habe ich meine haaren samt graue Nachwuchs gefärbt und ich bin happy so wunderschön schaut es aus. Werde immer nachbestellen. Danke Julia für die gute Mischung
