War ich schon verzweifelt mit meine undefinierbaren Haarfarbe , da ich hier eine individuellen für mich abgestimmtes Möglichkeit gefunden habe, bestellte das Produkt und nach 2 Woche warten (nicht getraut) habe ich meine haaren samt graue Nachwuchs gefärbt und ich bin happy so wunderschön schaut es aus. My colorist Andrea was amazing. She really listened and I finally have the perfect colour...brown base with some red tones.
My hair feels silky and is shiny.
Only suggestion is I'd love some sulfate, silicone and paraben free shampoos and conditioners to be offered.

I LOVE the colors chosen for me. I filled out and attached a photo and received a email telling me the color I choose would not be the most complimentary and my stylist was adjusting a few things. Now of course, if I didn't like what they chose they would fix it....I LOVE IT. I actually received two colors, which I have never done myself before. It was so easy and came out so awesome. I have gotten so many compliments. I will definitely be getting this again.

This is my first time using e-Salon and I’m delighted with the results! My hair had previously been balayaged and my roots had grown in so was great to be given a root colour as well as a mid-lengths and ends colour. Was really easy to apply and the result is gorgeous! Managed to keep the tonal high and lowlights, the root blends in really well to the lengths, and it’s made my hair lovely and shiny. My hairdresser commented on how good it looked so happy to have her approval!

Farbe und Beschreibung sind super! Auch dass alle notwendigen Utensilien mitgeliefert werden:)
Trotz großer Mühe bei der Anwendung, haben wenige Haare am Haaransatz die Farbe nicht angenommen.

My first colour from Esalon arrived early June but I decided to hold off colouring my hair at the time. I did it this morning, I was a bit nervous but the instructions were easy to follow and the results are really impressive. I love this shiny, glossy, rich, brunette colour 😍 ✨️

My husband cut my hair in a Bob and after putting eSalon custom color on the new cut I received so many compliments. The quality of products made my hair so shiny and healthy. My husband is an engineer and thought the instructions were easy to follow. We are both retired now, with the help of eSalon I want to return to having the beautiful healthy hair I had with eSalon. I was a bit sceptical about this as I have a lot of grey and my hair was already dyed blonde, so I didn't know how the dye would react with my hair. When applied, the dye was an awful lot darker than the one I usually used, which was a bit alarming, however once it was washed off and dried the colour was perfect. I still had some grey showing through but it looked natural rather than uncared-for. My hair was lovely and soft and overall I am very pleased with it. Will definitely be ordering again!

Ich habe vor Kurzem eine Bestellung bei eSalon aufgegeben und bin absolut begeistert von meiner Erfahrung. Als jemand, der ungern seine Haare selbst färbt, war ich gespannt, ob eSalon halten würde, was es verspricht - und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht.
Die Webseite von eSalon ist sehr benutzerfreundlich und ermöglicht es, ein individuelles Haarfärbe-Set zu erstellen. Ich war beeindruckt von der Vielfalt an Farboptionen, die sie anbieten, und fand es einfach, die perfekte Nuance für mich zu finden. Der Bestellvorgang war schnell und unkompliziert, und ich schätzte die Möglichkeit, alle relevanten Informationen über meine Haare und meine gewünschte Farbe anzugeben.
Nachdem mein Paket ankam, war ich beeindruckt von der sorgfältigen Verpackung und den klaren Anweisungen. Alles, was ich für die Anwendung benötigte, war enthalten, einschließlich einer praktischen Anleitung, die Schritt für Schritt erklärte, wie ich meine Haare am besten färben sollte.
Die Anwendung der Farbe war wirklich einfach und angenehm. Die cremige Konsistenz ließ sich gut auftragen, und ich schätzte die mitgelieferten Handschuhe, um meine Hände sauber zu halten. Die Farbe hatte auch keinen unangenehmen Geruch, was für mich ein großer Pluspunkt war.
Nachdem ich die empfohlene Einwirkzeit abgewartet hatte, spülte ich meine Haare aus und konnte es kaum erwarten, das Ergebnis zu sehen. Und was soll ich sagen? Das Ergebnis war umwerfend! Die Farbe entsprach genau meinen Vorstellungen und deckte auch graue Haare perfekt ab. Meine Haare fühlten sich auch nach der Anwendung geschmeidig und gepflegt an, was ich nicht erwartet hatte.
Insgesamt bin ich von meinem Kauf bei eSalon restlos begeistert. Die einfache Handhabung des Bestellvorgangs, die klaren Anweisungen und vor allem das tolle Ergebnis haben mich überzeugt. Ich werde definitiv wieder bestellen.

Anfangs war ich etwas skeptisch, eine Haarfarbe zu bestellen. Da ich sehr grosse Probleme mit meiner Kopfhaut habe und ich das wenigste vertrage.
Aber ich habe es trotzdem gewagt.
Bestellvorgang war einfach nicht zu kompliziert .
Ich konnte auch alles angeben, was ich nicht vertrage und wo ich allergisch reagiere.
Somit habe ich die Bestellung abgeschlossen.
Versand war sehr schnell. Verpackung der Haarfarbe war toll. Sehr ansprechende Aufmachung.
Es ist alles dabei, was man für eine Coloration benötigt. Sogar 2 Paar ordentliche Gummihandschuhe!
Heute habe ich die Haarfarbe aufgetragen und ich bin so was von zu frieden. Wirklich super tolles Ergebnis.
Kein Jucken, kein Brennen der Kopfhaut!
Klar ist die Haarfarbe etwas teurer, aber Qualität kostet. Das kann ich nur empfehlen.
Ich werde wieder kaufen.

Loved the custom packaging first of all. The way they have 2 bottles, one for roots and one for ends is genius. And it's the closest I've ever begin to get to my natural color. Looking natural itself. People don't think k I even cor my hair!!

Ich habe heute meine erste Bestellung erhalten und sofort ausprobiert. Ich bin total begeistert von der Farbe und der Pflege. Meine Haare sind super toll geworden. Die Farbe ist genau, wie gewünscht und die Haare fühlen sich ganz toll an und sehen auch so aus. Das ist für mich derzeit etwas ganz besonderes, da ich seit Dezember 2022 Chemotherapie bekomme und meine Haare extrem kaputt sind. Danke für das tolle Ergebnis.

The convenience of using this hair color is almost as great as the product itself. Great, rich color that covers grays 100% and is relatively easy to use makes this hair color the one for me! Not having to choose between boxes in a store isle and having this product chosen for me is a huge bonus.

I am so happy with my custom color because it turned out exactly how my naturally red hair was 10 years ago! I went through hxxx trying to get my natural color and totally messed up my hair. I asked that my color be re-worked because I was spending a lot of time outside and up in the mountains. I asked that my color be lightened and added a bit more gold and no pearl. Previous color was pearl mahogany, now it is a beautiful reddish copper, which I love! Thank you so much to Stephanie S (my colorist) and to Silvia as well!!!

I stopped using this brand years ago because I wasn't getting the desired results. I changed to another brand and lately was not happy with theirs either. I decided to give Esalon another try. They recommended I go with Demi-permanent since I was trying to grow out my gray! I can’t say enough about the color. It’s amazing!! Super coverage and beautiful shine!! It’s been four weeks, and the color looks no different than when I put it on. I have no line of demarcation because it fades ever so slightly and seems to blend the gray, so it’s not that obvious growing in.

Ein sehr gutes produkt. Habe heut meine Haare gefärbt. Es riecht nicht so streng wie andere Farben. Lässt sich wunderbar auftragen und die Farbe ist mega schön. So hab ich es mir vorgestellt. Schaut echt gut aus. Und das Shampoo und die Spülung riechen wundervoll. Werde devinitiv wieder bestellen wenn ich was brauche.

This is the best color experience that I’ve had, so far. The quality of the product is excellent and your hair colorist is A ++++. The price is super affordable and aside is perfect, is delivered to your door. What else can you ask for?????? I suggest if you haven’t tried it, go for it you won’t regret it.

I really like the service provided by esalon - the personalisation of the products makes it a really delightful at home experience when having to monthly dye my hair. I really like the attention to details, also the accuracy of the color combination and the fact that I don't have to think about how the color will look like every month i have to buy a new hair dye for my roots.

Love how the root color and rest of hair color is different, but blends. Root color matches your natural hair more so not so noticable when hair begins to grow. Great coverage! No smell, soft hair 😊

Vraiment top, je suis ravie, mon mari vient de me faire ma couleur et vraiment le rendu est là, je vais voir ce que cela donne dans le temps mais pour l'instant, je recommande cet achat.
Qualité professionnelle et je vais faire une économie sur le coiffeur et ça c'est super.

Bin super happy mit dem Farbergebnis!!! Hatte schon ein wenig bedenken, ob ich das zu Hause gut hinbekomme mit dem selbst färben! Die Tutorials und die präzise Anleitung haben mir sehr geholfen. Das Farbergebnis entspricht exakt meinen Vorstellungen - bin sehr viel zufriedener als nach meinem letzten Friseurbesuch (der hatte mir einen "Farbhelm" aufgesetzt). Ab jetzt decke ich meine grauen Haare selber ab. Herzlichen Dank an Genevieve von eSalon!!!! :-)

What a brilliant way to have the perfect hair colour.
I was finding it harder to get to my hairdressers due to my husband being ill and decided to dye my own hair. Whilst researching the best home hair dyes I came across this company. So pleased I did, I have only had one pack but will be sure to carry on. The colour is perfect, the equipment etc is so very easy to use, if only I had found them before. I’ll not change now.

I have been dyeing my hair at home for quite some time (I also have gone to hair salons) and I have been struggling to find a good hair color that could cover my greys while also achieving a uniform color. So I was quite excited to try esalon.
I really loved the experience of having a personalized color set delivered at my door.
The cute box included everything I needed to achieve a great color, the instructions were very clear and I appreciated the fact that I could stick them on my wall and read along as I dyed my hair.
The color came out exactly as explained on the instructions. I am looking forward to my next order.
I also appreciate the impeccable custom support that I received.

Used my personalized color kit today! Everything needed was included along with very easy to follow directions. My hair turned out beautifully!! Absolutely love it!

I am so happy using your product! I like the color better than what I was getting done at the salon-it's the perfect color, it's easy to use and affordable. I only wish it covered my greys better.

I was very happy with a slight change in my hair color. I had been looking to go a bit lighter in color and this color mix worked out great. Thanks to Silvia my color technician for helping me with this color.

My colorist listened when asked to lighten my color! It came out beautifully covering my grays. The color blended well and the highlights are perfect . I am extremely happy with the changes they made for me

I was astounded by how well this color set looked on my natural hair! I didn't think anyone could possibly match my color and make it look so natural. I had my stylist use the kit because I did not want to mess my hair up. To my surprise, it comes with explicit directions and all the necessary items to actually do this on your own. This second kit is for when I go back in August. As of right now, my hair color still looks amazing. They did an excellent job in matching my true color. It accentuated all the copper and blonde in my hair. My hairdresser could not believe the outcome was phenomenal. When I got out in the sun it really looked fabulous. If you haven't tried this yet you don't know what your missing.

This box, when I opened it I was so Excited! It look so expensive but it was not. 😀 Even the labels had my name on them! I am reading the into & instructions. Will be back later to change my photo to a new one with my new color! Soooo Excited!! Thank You!!

Meinen Dank an das Team.
Ich hatte ein Bild geschickt, das nicht mal gut war und darauf hin wurde für mich eine Farbe zusammen gestellt bei der ich sehr skeptisch war. Heute habe ich mich ans Werk gemacht. Ich habe nach Anweisungen meinen Haaransatz gefärbt. Das Ergebnis ist absolut perfekt.
Sollte die Farbe so bleiben nach das eine oder andere Mal waschen bleibe ich auf jeden Fall dabei.

Ich sollte eine Bewertung der letzten Lieferung abgeben...
Habe noch 1 ganze Packung von der vorherigen Lieferung, die ich mitgenommen habe, und bin für 3 Monate in Urlaub. Ansonsten ist alles ok mit der Lieferung.

Very sceptical after a friend recommended, went online followed the vey easy process to get the right colour, sent a picture, arrived a few days later, opened and followed instructions to the letter, what took a hairdresser 5 hours to do, in just over an hour salon results. I have very thick hair and very long so as it’s my first time I took my time when the 35 minutes was up I looked in the mirror thought that hasn’t worked but continued with the final steps so pleased I did all I can say is wow, the colour the shine, the softness absolutely blown away no more 5 hours for me, Esalon for means no more juggling appointments, no more weeks with roots. Just healthy beautiful hair.
Highly recommend you will not be disappointed.

I love my color! My colorist has really listened to what I want, and it has been achieved. Added it with the Highlight Kit and it gave me the perfect icy blonde color for summer.
