I was hesitant to go with the colorists recommendation bc I’ve colored my own hair forever and get like I knew what I wanted. Despite that, I went with her suggestion for a slightly lighter color and I’m so happy with it and glad I didn’t go darker!

I went a shade darker than what the original quiz recommended. The color is beautiful! Trying the all over color next which will be a nice change for Fall/Winter.

This is the first time i've changed brand for 20 years. I was totally loyal to the same brand and shade before, but was so impressed by eSalon. I may go for a slight modification of tone but the conditioning properties and quality are really good. Definitely worth paying a bit extra for.

Ich bekomme meine Haarfarbe bei e-Salon schon seit dem Frühjahr 2020 und bin sehr zufrieden damit. Durch das Abo erhalte ich die Farbe alle 3 Monate ins Haus geliefert. Bei Änderungswünschen kann ich das Team informieren und meine persönliche Beraterin kümmert sich um die Details.
Für mich ist dies eine sehr gute Alternative zum Friseur. Das Auftragen der Farbe ist Schritt für Schritt erklärt und ganz einfach zu handhaben. Ich habe dies bereits meinen Kolleginnen weiter empfohlen.

Ich war erst skeptisch... Aber bin nun voll überzeugt. Die Farbe ist Fantastisch. Keine starke Geruchsentwicklung, brennen auf der Kopfhaut noch sonst welche Unannehmlichkeiten wie farbige Flecken am Haaransatz, Hals oder Ohren, dank der speziellen Creme die man zuvor aufträgt. Handhabung genjal. Die kleinen Tüten sehr leicht zu öffnen, selbst mit nassen Finger. Und das Farberlebnis, die Geschmeidigkeit meiner Haare, haben mich wircklich überzeugt. Ich bin mehr als begeistert. DANKESCHÖN!

I started using E Salon when the pandemic started. After messing up my hair color with a store bought box color (I knew better), I sent a photo of my hair and e salon helped correct it. I saw my stylist for the first time in 6 months, and she said not to change the color, it’s good!!

Die Anwendung funktioniert sehr gut und tropffrei. Es lässt sich gut auftragen und das Ergebnis ist perfekt. Gute Grauhaarabdeckung, bin mega begeistert und absoluter Fan der Farbe. Die Haare glänzen sehr schön nach dem Färben, absolut gute Qualität und sehr empfehlenswert!!

Tout d'abord je vais commencer par dire que le kit est extrêmement facile d'utilisation, + l'échantillon shampoing et après-shampoing est juste top ! During our first covid 19 lockdown I, like most, could not access my hairdresser. E salon supplied me with all I needed to get my hair looking so much better once again. I am now back with my hairdresser having just had my colour redone before these recent restrictions. I have another colour pack from E salon which I will be using in the future. Currently I have cancelled my orders but would not hesitate to go back to E salon if the need arises.

Commande et expedition hyper rapide.
Je vous avoue avoir eu peur lorsque j'ai reçu un mail me disant que vous aviez modifié la couleur que j'avais préalablement choisi.
Au final quelle belle surprise la couleur répond exactement à mes attentes.

This product is fantastic, I also use the shine, leave-in conditioner, and the tint rinse. It last double the time of normal color. I can usually go 12 weeks. Just wish I knew they only give you the applicator brush with the first order, I threw mine away.

However, I have to say, I just dyed my hair today with eSalon and the results are way beyond my expectations!! I am very fair with green eyes and eSalon absolutely nailed the red color I was looking for after years of searching!!!! I love E-Salon....They helped me to be able to color my own hair at home and when I am ready to do it. I have saved so much money doing it myself. Their color stylist help you to fine the perfect color and will make adjustments as needed....even slight ones. Can't say enough good things about them.

I have used this 3 times since COVID started and have been pleased each time.
The directions are clear and there is little mixing. You are done from start to finish in
less than an hour. My husband helped me this most recent time and he covered
all of my gray using a brush on technique, and I have ALOT of gray around my face.
Great product and the price beats a salon anyday.

Thanks so much for helping me not only go a daring gorgeous red color but also for helping me get back to close to my original blonde color but with improved shine and health (and a lot less grey) My hair looks and feels very healthy, has not had any issues with breakage or damage and I am loving my at home "me and E Salon time." I have used Esalon for a long time and this new "upgrade" in formula is great! I was struck by how much nicer the smell and the feel of the products were in this package that I went back and read the card about the new formula again. I have bottles of the shampoo and conditioner before and the new stuff is much nicer! I could always do with less packaging, but besides that I wouldn't go back to salon prices when I get such great results at home! Nice upgrade!

The custom color was not only perfect, but even better than what I expected. It brought out some of the natural highlights of my hair so the color looks authentic and not dyed. I LOVE eSalon!!!! I use the tint rinses to keep my color vibrant.

I had asked for a lighter color because the first dye turned out darker than I wanted. I waited almost half a year to dye my roots, and my first color had lightened by then. This new color was only applied to the roots, and it blends in perfectly with my lighter hair, and I love how it looks !

I love that besides the color, there is skin protector, skin cleaner and two sets of gloves. I use it all! The color is nice, especially after getting it made more precise, and I like how it doesn't drip.

WOW!! My hair looks and feels like it was done at a high end salon. The custom color is so natural looking, all products smelled wonderful nothing harsh and my hair feels soft and silky. Very impressed with my kit - very simple easy to follow instructions. Customer service communication and access is stellar. Highest recommendations and pleased to know that a portion of my purchase is being donated towards the fight against cancer.

I’m really impressed with this kit! Flawless color exactly as described and the process was easy. My hair actually looks and feels better than it did before the color, even using a permanent kit. This is a fantastic service and high quality products. I had not been able to take the time to color my hair since I started this service. I had my first color box and also had my first touch up color box that I had not had the chance to use any of them yet so I took the starting box and gave my friend who has lighter hair than I do and much less of it so the touch up box was plenty for her to do her whole head while I need the 2 bottles as I have a lot of waist length hair. Anyway I guess my hair is much darker than I thought because the only part of my hair that had any type of noticeable color change was the very top front where I applied to my greys first, the rest may have lightened a tiny bit but definitely not blonde or even light brown. I never color my hair and only have maybe 3 times in my life and only to cover greys. Remind u I am 42. I do believe this most likely was user error. Maybe I didnt apply enough product or something. Not too sure, will need to see what next color box turns out. My friend however who has chin length light brown hair did hers perfectly! Her hair turned out absolutely gorgeous. It was exactly the color I was looking for. I think had I applied enough product, it would have come out better. I also realized how important pics are! I was totally off on the actual color of my hair. It was way darker than I thought it was. Idk why I thought it was so light, but went right away and added pics. I am confident they will nail the color this time. The only thing I would suggest to any and all new customers is... Upload pics! I guarantee you will be impressed with this service!

First time using eSalon! I'm very pleased with the results! Taking the time to consult with the colorists is so important. The communication was very good. The results are equal to what I used to get from my salon! So much better than what I have been using. The color processed fast and covered my substantial grays completely! My hair feels very soft and healthy.

I used to work in a hair salon and got my hair colored every 4 weeks to cover the gray. This color is a professional color! It's not a box color like you get from the drug store. It covers my gray very well! It's easy to apply! It leaves my hair shiny! The color match they did for me was perfect!!!! I'm very pleased! I've been using this color for almost a year now. I highly recommend!! Oh and you get everything you need, even gloves and stain protector.

I literally looked all over the internet and called many salons before I found esalon. I wanted a Demi permanent color kit with professional results without the extreme expense and time in the salon. I have done this root touch up kit like 5-6 times and it always turns out perfect. I do leave it on longer than the 15 min it says since I have greys. I do 25 mins. But after this last one where I messaged to do the blend ends option to help neutralize all my blonde summer highlights it turned out great. Was worried it would look orange or something but it looks just how it does when I do this at the salon and it took way less time and cost much less. Will always use!

I am thrilled with how my hair looks after using my Esalon hair colour!
I made a mistake my last colouring and went too dark. I had no idea how to fix this.
The colour experts at eSalon worked out exactly what I needed to do to get to the colour I wanted.
It would have cost me well over $300 to have the colour fixed at an in person salon. eSalon was very affordable for high quality product.
I am so happy and grateful!
I learnt some new tips as well to get perfect coverage!

Before I rinsed it out it looked dark but once I blow dried my hair, I LOVED the color! So beautiful! Nice and lighter with a red tint just how I wanted it! Perfect job guys! So beautiful! I updated my picture which doesn't do it justice.

I am hooked on e-salon. The color that my colorist formulated for me was absolutely perfect! I cannot believe by asking a few questions that they nailed it on the first try. My hair is so shiny and silky too. I have never had my hair feel so good after coloring it. I also have not gray, but white roots and the coverage was absolutely AMAZING!

I have always been really scared to ever get my hair coloured but this has changed everything and my hair has been strong , beautiful the colours are just soo prefect I always get lots of compliments and I do direct them here , love them and thank you for being sooo amazing

Franchement très facile à utiliser et je ne sais si c'est le temps qui n'est pas assez long par rapport à mes cheveux blancs ou alors il faudra ajuster encore un peu pour les racines.
Par contre les cheveux sont très doux et soyeux après et j'adore.

I am very pleased with ESalon products. I love the color that they recommended initially. I have made color adjustments on several occasions to mix it up a bit. I have always been pleased with the colorist’s advice. eSalon Color is high-quality and does not damage my hair and I cannot say enough good things for the services that they provide. Couleur efficace sur les longueurs mais reflets cuivrés sur mes racines plus claires, à ajuster donc.

I hadn’t colored my hair at home for over 30 years. In fact, I ordered the product 5 months ago and still went to my stylist. Yesterday, I decided it was time. So happy I did. Only needed a root cover and am so happy not to have spent the time or money to have it professionally done. Just ordered again. Probably will continue with my professional for the full blonde foil, but will take care of the in between times my self.

After dying my hair for many years, I stopped back in 2013. I kept seeing these ads for esalon and many video reviews so I took a shot. My hair is brown with distinctive lighter highlights in my hair, so I typically go for colors like that. This time I did a mahogany color and it truly was beautiful! My hair is long and thick so 2 sets of bottles weren't sent and I only needed one set which was awesome. For my next shipment I will try my typical colors I choose and compare which I like.
One of my favorite parts is for the price you pay, you get way more than any box color at a store. 2 sets of gloves, a brush and more. Everything I needed to color my hair as mess free as possible was there. As my headline says, I am pleasantly surprised and happy I gave this a try. Never will I buy a store box color again!!!!
