I’ve been going to high priced salons for years. I love my stylist but, I figured, we’re in a pandemic and who’ll see me anyway? So I came across eSalon, read the reviews and figured, why not? I was worried it would be hard, it was messy but not hard. And I LOVE the color. Do it!!!

I am happy with the product. It covers my gray hair well. I have used the product two times and am still working on getting the color just like I want. I appreciate being able to communicate with my specialist and fine tune the perfect color for me.

Obwohl ich noch nicht ganz den richtigen Farbton gefunden habe, bin ich schon jetzt überzeugt! Die Farbe hält viel besser als die aus der Drogerie! Und über den stets freundlichen Kontakt kann ich mich auch nur lobend äußern. Wenn jetzt noch in der nächsten Bestellung der Farbwunsch komplett stimmt, ist alles perfekt!

I previously had bleach blonde hair and during Covid I've been ready for a transformation, I used a color depositing conditioner that had my hair more of a ginger orange/red which I loved for the summer time. When fall rolled around I wanted a color that was more "natural" and mature looking- I sent in a picture and these guys nailed it! My red is SO rich, dimensional and shiny! The process was super easy. Im obsessed. WAY less expensive than going to the salon, with salon results!! Thank you!

During the pandemic I was unable to go to my salon and get my regular color so I tried e-salon. I love it! As a bonus it is less harsh on my hair than the product from the hair salon. In fact even my hairstylist agrees that my hair is much healthier and looks better so he’s willing to let me bring in my e-salon color! I’m having him do my hair because there’s no way in gods green earth I can do my own roots. Lol.

I recently lost my hairdresser and needed to find as close a match to the color he used which was perfect! The eSalon team was able to put together a great color match. Seemed to know my color better than I did and emailed me to let me know the color I originally thought was correct wasn't the right one for me. The end result was great. Will definitely order again.

Being a redhead all my life it's been hard to find the "natural" looking color I was looking for. After I turned 50 my red started to fade and the greys began. I was never truly happy with the colors at my salon. I found the perfect color at eSalon and am so happy with the color!

I got my first kit and loved the two color method. It was easy to do and came with complete instructions and tools. I loved that they give you more than one pair of gloves and a after color opps kit to clean up color from skin.

This is my third coloring and once again it is gorgeous. This go round, I was looking to lighten just a bit. The color is just as deep and dark as before, so not noticeably lighter.

I loved it. I was a hairstylist and couldn't do hair color because my skin would always have a reaction. The smell on this is minimal and the color is rich. No blisters or anything on my skin after either. Huge deal!

Red hair is definitely a challenge but with gray hair it's another story. The colorist are all easy to talk to and try to always help tweek my color. Very helpful. We are very close to what I want but I know I can count on them to continue working with me.

The color is natural and was very easy to apply! Never having my hair colored at the salon again! I went with the natural copper and it looks like the same color I had as a child. I love it!

I have used eSalon for 3 color sessions now. This last one I had requested a light, strawberry blonde as my ends lightened over the summer months and I wanted to take the roots up a bit. Perfect match! The color couldn't have come out better. I also asked for highlights in this session and I was very nervous about the application, but they worked out tremendously. No 'streaks' or obvious user errors (I have long hair and did it myself for the first time).
I am very pleased with the custom color and highlights. Thank you!

I was so afraid the color I chose would be blotchy because I have had highlights forever and now due to Covid they were halfway down my head. Just before esalon I was using a root touch up too. Needless to say I had some serious variation of color going. I did my hair today and I got a very nice quality looking even color that doesn’t look phoney. I’m very pleased and I’ll be doing this every six weeks on roots. Thank you esalon!

I have been changing my hair color very gradually with esalon and have been so impressed not only with the product, but with the amount of support I have received from the stylists. After each use, I leave a response about how the color was and what I’d like to do differently, and I always get back a detailed response of how they are adjusting my color to meet my needs. I recently re-ordered my color after I had went quarantine crazy and dyed my hair all sorts of crazy colors. Working with my colorist, Mindy, I was able to start my journey back to my original color. I recommend esalon to everyone I know and I can’t say enough about the customer service.

My first root touch up color process turned out to be too light for my root color resulting in brassy tones. eSalon responded quickly to my issue and changed my color mix based on a photo of me. They sent me the new mix without charge showing they have excellent customer service! The new color is a perfect match and I’m very happy with the results. The products esalon produces are of wonderful quality. My hair is looking so natural now and it’s soft and shiny. Thank you eSalon!!

Esalon has saved me a lot of money! The salon was too expensive for root touch up every three weeks! I only had to adjust the color once. Esalon matched my color perfectly on the second try! I am so happy I can color my hair in my own home. It’s a simple process! Anyone can do it! I definitely recommend this service to everyone!

I have 90% silver hair and I stopped going to the salon b/c it is very expensive and bleach stopped working on my hair. I was a bit skeptical when I got my order, but afterwards, the results I got exceeded my expectations. My silver hair is lighter than some of my hair but it looks like highlights. I can't get over how beautiful this turned out! Thank you so much! I highly recommend!!!
