The color sent was exactly what I ordered and my hair looks great.
My husband colored my hair. All the no tools needed were included in the box making his terror a fun and easy experience.
I will order again and save myself $100 of hair salon expense.

I really liked the color. It was exactly what I wanted. Usually when I dye my hair at home a good clump of hair will come out with rinsing. With this product It was only a few strands. I was thankful for that. I will use again.

It was mine. I have highlighted and low lighted salon hair with grey roots, and man I was not looking forward to this. I picked a color and asked for stylist review. At 10 mins later I got a call and she told me that she thought I picked wrong. I told her to just do what she thought was best. She also told me to do roots only, I had assumed I was doing all the way through, so be sure to talk it over with whomever calls you! I choose the brush method, but next time will try the bottle. I have ALOT of hair, I don't have clips which is a problem. Definitely need to buy them. Application was still easy enough, I think the hardest part is where to do it since I don't have a stainless steel kitchen sink I was worried about washing out in there. Overall the color is great, hair is very shiny. I am glad not to see over an inch of grey anymore. There's really no one to see it but my zoom friends have said it looks like my regular hair. My hairdresser has retired with Covid, so I will be doing this for a while to save money. I don't actually enjoy the multi hour experience in the salon anyway, and why go through the hassle? I will be doing highlights at some point too.

I was very unsure of doing this at home after going to a salon for years. Tired of the high dollar color treatments and it's on going price increase, I decided to try it! Wished I would have tried it before now!! Custom color turned out perfect! All my gray is covered and the color matched perfect! Thank you eSalon!!

I am new to eSalon but I was so impressed by my first order. Everything was beautifully presented in a sturdy box, and the colour I chose was perfect. I found the colour itself very good, there was only a faint but pleasant fragrance and it was not runny. I did the patch test the day before (not quite 48 hours before) and it was fine. I had no itching whatsoever which I have generally had in the past with high street colours.

It came with everything I needed. It was easy to use and my hair came out good. It was so soft after i loved it. I recommend it 110% . plus the shampoo smells sooo good

Hallo, heute darf ich esalon bewerten, denn meine Haare sind frisch gefärbt ☺️.
Dank Corona habe ich esalon ausprobiert und muss sagen.... zum Glück!
Ich habe eine Ansatz Farbe bekommen gemischt nur nach meinem Foto und meinen Vorlieben. Das Ergebnis ist erstaunlich... denn tatsächlich ist der Ansatz nun verschwunden und perfekt angepasst 💐💐💐💐 vielen Dank dafür, ich weiß wie schwierig dass bei roten Haaren ist.
Viele beschweren sich hier über das "Abo" ...nun... das ist eine Möglichkeit und kein Muss! Man wird schließlich gefragt: bestellen sie einmal oder möchten sie ein Abo? (Wochen frei wählbar)!
Ich bin happy mit meinen Haaren, vielen lieben Dank 💐 Kati

I must admit, I was a bit hesitant when ordering a color kit from eSalon since I have always had my hair colored at a salon. However, with the COVID-19 pandemic bringing my monthly salon visits to a screeching halt, I decided to give it a try. I figured if I didn't like it, at least I was at home and no one except my husband and dog would see it!
Well, let me just say, I simply cannot believe how amazing this color is! I took the color quiz and also mentioned to my colorist that I have a section of my hair that is "color resistant" in the sense that it always pulls warm and therefore needs a blue toner to offset the brassiness that I get otherwise. When I received the kit today, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was already invested, so I gave it a try! My hair came out PERFECTLY! It not only matched my current shade, but it toned down the brassiness, and it was amazingly shiny and soft! I am definitely a fan of this company and I would tell anyone who is "on the fence" about purchasing this product to just give it a try! You won't be disappointed! Thank you, thank you, thank you eSalon! You're a lifesaver!

I’ve used drugstore box color for years and every year I was getting unhappier.
I decided to try eSalon based on reviews.
I was so impressed with the amount of time they spoke with me and all the questions they asked and looking at photos I submitted.
The color arrived with very easy instructions.
I am so happy with my color, it was exactly what I wanted. And unlike box color it looks rich, has depth and looks so much better. I’m so happy I did this!

I ordered with a bit of hesitation as it had been a long time since I had coloured my hair myself. I needn't have worried the items were beautifully packaged and the instructions were really clear.

I am so pleased I tried esalon, Initially it was only through necessity because of lockdown but the whole experience has been amazing.
Don’t think I’m going to get my hairdresser to colour my hair anymore as I love esalon colour so much and at a fraction of the price.
Everything was so organised from the delivery, consultation and quality of the products. On rolling subscriptions never again will I have roots.

I have been using eSalon's product between going to my stylist for the past two years. My stylist is not available due to social distancing, so I have been on my own. Well, not really because eSalon has kept me going. I have lots of grays (40% to 50%) in the front and my custom color set covers them. My hair grows fast, so I like that I can easily color my roots at any time of the day. AND - I just tried highlights for the first time - they worked out great! Perfect for the summertime.

I used my kit today. It took over an hour, a friend helped me color the sides and back of my head. I followed the directions completely. I haven’t had color this good ever!!! It is perfect. Just enough red and copper to give me the color I so desperately want!! Thank you! 😊

Man wird toll beraten auch wenn es manchmal etwas länger braucht.
Mit dem Farbergebnis bin ich super zufrieden, graue Haare werden zuverlässig abgedeckt.
Die Anwendung funktioniert gut man kann sich auf die Tips verlassen.

The hair dye set is awesome. Everytime I use it I love the way my hair looks. It is so shiny. It covers the gray and love the color. Above all it does not test on animals.

I love, love, love my hair color that you make for me. Besides the gorgeous color, I noticed that I am barely shedding any hair now. At 76 years of age I want to be able to keep my thick hair. I found a clip of my hair from when I was in college and compared it to my present color you have made for me and I swear it is exactly the same color. I didn't start coloring my hair until I was in my forties and started getting gray hair. All I have ever wanted to do was color my hair the same color mother nature gave me. I never could until I started using your custom color. I couldn't be more delighted. My daughter is going to start using your color too. Thank you so much.

What started as a way to get rid of my grays and color my hair during Covid, has become my preferred way to color my hair. It doesn’t fade. It doesn’t get brassy. The color is perfect and my hair is shiny and healthy afterwards!

For those professional guys who have their hair colored by a professional colorist, I would certainly recommend you try eSalon.
I did and they did a fantastic job of matching up my hair color with a photo.
If you have ever watched your colorist color your gray hair, you can certainly follow the instructions provided, plus watch some videos, as I did. You will NOT be disappointed.
You can also speak with a colorist on the phone, as I also did.
I'm so happy that I took the suggestion from an email and checked into eSalon.

Color was ver close to what I have used. I have nothing to dislike about you! My hair was soft manageable I would highly recommend and have to friends and family... I have a daughter-in-law who is a stylist and she was happy with results 😊👍🏻

First time using at home color for whole head touch-up. The color choice process was easy to do and the resulting color accurate. It was also nice to have more control over selecting the right shade.

I am very happy with the perfect color made for me for my root touch up. I have never colored my hair before and I am very pleased because it came out perfect! I will be doing my own root touch up every 7 weeks from now on. I will only have to go to salon for highlights and cuts. Money in the bank!

I loved the color golden medium brown. Good lasting gray root coverage. It was the first time I colored my hair and I followed the directions to the tee. Directions easy to understand and I liked taping them to the mirror to follow. Procedure a little messy but now I know what to expect so next session Will be easier.

I was hesitant to try eSalon because I have been going to the salon for the past 5 years for color. Due to the pandemic and the shut down, I was not able to get to the salon and I really needed my hair colored. I’m SO GLAD I tried eSalon! My colorist was great! She was responsive and she put together EXACTLY the color I was looking for. It is a luxury having someone else color your hair, but I have been paying $90 for a solid color at the salon. For $23 I did it at home and achieved my perfect color. I probably won’t be coloring my hair at the salon anymore and will be sticking with eSalon!

I'll admit, I'm blowing up my social media raving about my new color. As a retired hair dresser, I had to let it go and relinquish control, and am so happy with my color. I was nervous about using this way of colouring my hair as I have always attended a salon. I am very pleased as the colour covered all my grey roots (I have very thick, non-porous hair) and the shade was just right. I was also very pleasantly surprised that the shampoo and conditioner supplied are great quality and left my hair soft and shiny!

I must say this product has honestly kept me satisfied.
Silly me I end up ordering from other sites then regret it so bad & end up reordering through esalon. I have no complaints with the colors nor the communication between the colorists and myself.

I am very pleased with results of my first e-salon order. The kit came with absolutely everything to get me started (sachets of skin protector, shampoo, conditioner and a little towellete to remove any stains which I didn't have to use as the protector was so effective!).
There are NO horrible smells to this dye and no stingy eyes! The result was rich and deep colour (using light mahogany) and all grey root hairs were covered. My hair didn't feel dry like it usually does after using off the shelf box colours, even the ends feel soft.
I love the fact that I can adjust the tones of future orders (you will receive follow up shipments depending on how often you state you colour your hair). This means I can change the depths of various tones....I'm asking to add a little more red to my next order as I have much lighter ends, which I know this British Summer is going to fade. (I don't know how to add the before and after pictures I took to this review, which is a shame as the difference is quite amazing!)
A steal at £9 for your first order and more than happy to pay the £18 for future orders. I hate paying salon prices for root top ups so this is the right product for me.
I have been dying my hair for the last 30 years and can honestly say this is the best home colouring kit I have ever used! Try it. You won't be disappointed.

My first color was a little too yellow but after talking with Cyrus she made an adjustment to have more copper in it. It’s perfect. I love the products from this company and they are always ready to help.

This is seriously great; much better than I thought it would be. The color is accurate and shiny. Followed the instructions provided and everything went well. Plus I had a fun time with my mom! Better to get help when you have extra long hair and you are doing this for the first time. Thanks eSalon team!

Im loving my color and how well it covers stubborn gray. Usually I’ve got gray showing within a couple of weeks, but it’s been almost 3 and it hasn’t faded off my hairline & temples. 👍👍

I usually mess up my hair and have to have someone fix it ....this is fool proof. Everything is labeled and easy to use I loved the way my hair turned out ... It looked and felt professionally done

Thank you, Freddie!! I wasn’t sure what I was going to do when quarantine started and my grays began to pop through a month after my last appointment at the salon. My hair color turned out perfect, shiny, and ultra flattering. I think being able to upload a photo is such a smart feature and really helped my colorist create a shade of brown that I’m very happy with! Directions were easy to follow and thoughtfully written. Big relief to know I can count on eSalon until I can make it back to my regular, equally awesome stylist.

I was really impressed with packaging and instructions! Although it was a process, I am beyond satisfied with my hair color turning out so well! I have gotten lots of compliments! I would highly recommend it and I will be ordering here from now on! Worth the money!
