I was skeptical at first but I had some roots to hide so I took the plunge... The color was easy to apply (followed the instructions that were provided) and the end result was better than I expected. Very happy with my purchase.

After using the dye products and drying, my hair looks more natural and shiny, it’s lighter than my natural hair colour for sure and way better than my previously dyed hair, thank you esalon:)

I was a little sceptical when ordering as I usually go to a salon to have my hair coloured. I received my parcel and it was so beautifully made with all personalised details and everything that I’d need to colour my hair it was so very well prepared. The colour is beautiful and I’m so happy with the results. I am definitely converted now and will be continuing to use.

Like so many of us during this pandemic, I could no longer endure my color resistant gray roots. Drug store brands had stopped working about 20 years ago. Esalon didn't fail me! I watched the videos, followed the directions & got a boatload of compliments from total strangers. Thanks for lifting me out of the pandemic blues!

My daughter coloured my hair mainly because of the grey roots due to not having had them done for about 11 weeks and what a brilliant job she did too. The colour and application I think is at least up to salon standard if not better.....so pleased with the colour matching service

Loved this product. Made my hair look and feel so good. Would buy this all the time if it wasn’t so expensive. I could get a salon do my hair for a little bit more.

My first coloring of my grey roots was a bit too light. It was not difficult to apply however I had an assistant (my husband who had never done it before or even seen it done). The team responded right away to me when I said I needed a color adjustment and the second time I did it, a month later, with the new color it seems perfect to me. They answered my questions about the process of application, allowing a few minutes extra for the setting and crafted a minimally darker color and it looks great. I am happy with the way it looks !!

I want to thank the colourist that made my colour up. I have been colouring my hair for decades and have always just bought the normal commercial boxes. They have always done the job, but thats about it. They wash out quickly and always left my hair feeling dry and looking a but dull after the first wash.
This service is such a revelation! Perfect , professional colour every time, when i need it for a fraction of the cost of a salon colour. I loved that i had 2 bottles, dark brown for the roots and a light golden brown for the ends, it perfectly blends together.

I’ve colored my own hair for 20+ years at home. But I’ve never had so many compliments by strangers! People stopping me to tell me they love my hair. People asking if it’s my natural color. I’m in love with the product and service. They’ve graciously changed my color3 times, because I’m super picky. I’m so happy. I’ll never go back to drugstore brands.

I have used other color treatments but this is the easiest one ever! Everything I need is in the box. The color is beautiful and so natural looking. I LOVE every product in the kit/box color, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Glad I found eSalon!

I love the color, no horrible smell, easy to use, and a great price. I would normally pay $80 to $120 to get my hair colored at a salon and it would be washed out in 3 weeks. This color has lasted for almost 5 weeks, Whats not to love, great look, price and do it at home! Love it!

Fast quick delivery. The formula the colourist created was slightly different from what I asked for but I went with it. And the the colour has turned out nice. Even colour which has disguised the red undertones

I ordered this custom mix hair color set to cover the grey and give a boost to the base color I had. The color selection was spot on and the whole process worked really well. i will save a lot of money by not going to the salon for color and doing it myself.

The color was perfect and highlights were very easy to apply. I am so glad I started using esalon! I really appreciate the attention to detail from my stylist as my first color was slightly off. They quickly made some adjustmentS and it turned out perfect!

Couldn’t have been more pleased. Was so easy to use (I normally have my hair done at a salon) and the results were great - good color, covered the grey, no odor and, by following the instructions, I was able to retain most of my highlights. Left my hair soft and shiny, too. Very pleased!

I am a dyed red head. I’m very particular about my hair color, which I usually get professionally done. During the pandemic I was very hesitant to dye my own hair but had no choice. I didn’t want to use boxed dye and esalon was recommended by a friend of mine. Well...end result was great!!! Not only was color very close but it also covered my grays. I was able to twick the color a bit and I can’t wait for my next delivery!!

This was my first time trying eSalon and I am very happy with my color results! It was very easy to apply and I love the personalized color kit. I sent a picture to my hair stylist of my hair color. She loved the clor and stated I did a really good job with applying my color!

I JUST USED MY 1ST KIT WITH THE NEW, CREAMIER FORMULATION, AND I HAVE TO SAY, I LOVE IT SOOO MUCH BETTER!! IN THE PAST, I ALWAYS MANAGED TO GET COLOR ON MY TILE FLOOR AND HAD TO QUICKLY GET IT UP SO AS NOT TO DISCOLOR THE TILE GROUT. THIS CREAMIER FORMULA AVOIDS DRIPS AND IS MUCH, MUCH EASIER TO APPLY. THANK YOU FOR IMPROVING THE FORMULA IN THIS SPECIFIC WAY!!!!!!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about the kit itself. Shared details with everyone I know. Even my husband was impressed. The only problem I had was the actual color result being on the dull and dingy side. However, it was a big change, and perhaps after the second application in a few weeks the results will brighten. Will update if so. Anyway, it looks better than the heavy quarantine roots I was rocking!

Very pleased with my color. They matched the color in the picture I sent. The texture and shine after the application were as good as when I go to the salon and pay 3 times more. They sent everything I needed with very clear instructions. Very happy!

This is best color I have ever used. Perfect color exactly what I wanted, no hair stylist got it right even seeing my hair but they saw a pic and got it right the first time.

I’ve never permanently dyed my hair before so it worked perfectly! The colors maybe a smidge darker than what it shows you on the site, but it’ll lighten in the sun to the perfect color. Only thing I’d say is make sure to do your roots last because if you run hot like me they will process faster. It won’t be super dramatic or anything but you can tell somethings the slightest bit amiss lol

After trying store bought color and getting terrible results, I decided to try eSalon. My hair was two tones as I hadn’t touched up my blond in months. This color did the trick! I now have beautiful brown hair that looks like I never colored it before. It’s not easy to put color back on bleached hair and I was skeptical, but it worked beautifully!
