Again, I love the smell. Most color- treated hair shampoos or conditioners smell medicinal. But this conditioner is extremely thick and can stay in the hair if not rinsed out thoroughly.

I love this conditioner to go with my color. Keeps hair vibrant and healthy looking and I only once or twice a week. Over time it seems to not do the job for this unmanagable hair I have though and I use your leave in stuff now its great so far.

I have a lot of hair but it is quite fine in texture. I have only used the conditioner twice but I can already feel and see the build-up. As a matter of course I rinse and rinse repeatedly. I need a different conditioner .... Any advice please?

I'm not absolutely sure that it was due to these products, but since I've been using the eSalon Shampoo and Conditioner, my hair does not look like a Fright Wig when I wake up on the mornings, LOL! And I don't think I'm using as much hair spray as I was before.

As a conditioner it's not heavy but my hair needs the leave in product to be complete after using this. It's nice for oily hair and won't ever weight you down

Just as its companion, the shampoo... You need too much product to receive the benefits of a conditioner.
I love the product. What I don’t love it’s how fast it goes, because you have to use so much of it each time!

I wont' use anything else. My hair has gone white, changed texture, and became like a cotton ball. After coloring and using this conditioner each shampoo, I have young silky hair again.

I love this conditioner so I bought a full bottle. It works great.. the only criticism I have is that it is very difficul to get out of the bottle. It doesnt squeeze out of the cap so you have to take the whole lid off and whack it against your hand repeatedly. I would buy more if they changed the packaging to include a pump of some sort.

The original and the best conditioner, I've tried most of the conditioners in the eSalon range and I have to say the original is the best. I will be sticking to this from now on it does what it says. Makes my hair feel nice and soft . My only complaint is that I dislike the packaging labels. I've disliked them since the re branding aside from asthetics, the font, color and layout make the packaging nearly impossible to read, even when magnified.

It actually did not come with a pump when I purchased it, which is something I would prefer to have as the bottle is pretty hard to squeeze, but the conditioner itself is magical!! It makes my hair so silky and soft after coloring or even just an everyday shower

I like the conditioner, however I dislike the new bottle. It is a hard plastic that makes it difficult to get the product out. Either a softer bottle or a squeeze tube would be better.

Glad the formula didn’t change. Great product. I’m iffy on the new packaging mainly because I liked the pump design on the previous one. Great softness to the hair folks!

Just as I said about the Shampoo that goes with this cond.. It works great on any type of hair and did't make me break out like the other shamp's/cond's. Price is the downfall here. Once again, just not enough in the bottle for the price we pay!

Love the product, but i really dont like the new branding at all. Everything looks just so plan and generic where as before it looked salon professional. Any chance of going back to the former packaging? The names were so witty to... i used to love reading them, now its just so boring and lacking in creativity.

Love the product, but the bottle is so stiff it is difficult to get the product out even with a full new bottle. :( maybe switch to a top that allows you to stand it upside down so gravity helps or use a softer plastic bottle.

Feel that it could do with a bit more moisture power. I am buying a different condioner to try this order time with more moisture lock in to see how it goes. If it makes a difference will stick with that for one bottle trial.

So my hair is still feeling pretty dry after using this, next time I may need to try a different product, from the range that is more conditioning for dryer hair. It is a very difficult line to find a product that leaves your hair light, non greasy but sufficiently conditioned.

A little expensive for the amount one might use.
You need very little to get a full lather. I have extra long hair so unfortunately it is usually a quarterly treat instead of being within my monthly budget. I use it to refresh build up from my other shampoo/conditioners.

I find this moisturizing but a little too heavy for my fine hair. I have to wash my hair daily as my scalp gets oily and it gets greasy looking significantly faster using this color care combo.

I love the conditioner but the new pumps just FLAT OUT DON'T WORK. I have tried EVERYTHING. I suggest keeping your old pumps because the product is great otherwise. I'm just sad I only had one old pump to switch out for both my shampoo and conditioner.

I have been using a conditioner that comes with one of the store bought hair color products because it worked so well. I started buying the hair color from Esalon and knew I would soon not have any more of the store bought conditioner left. I took a try purchasing conditioner from Esalon. The first type I bought was horrible but I decided after they refunded my money to try again. I tried Love Unconditionally and I love the way it works and I only need the smallest amount and it feels smoth and my hair shines. Now I realize that I do not like the shampoo I am using and hope to get the one compatible to the conditioner to try. Anyway for me I am very happy with this conditioner.
