I actually have always hoped to find a color treated conditioner that equals that if the small packets of conditioner that comes inside a hair color box. These conditioners, no matter the particular brand all seem to be very concentrated and always have left my hair feeling silky and great after using. However, larger bottles of conditioners do not seem as great and I always need to use more than seems reasonable.

really conditions your hair! maybe a little too much really, my hair is super soft but, came out kinda too soft for it left my hair flat with little volume after blow drying my hair, nothing mouse can't fix the next time i blow dry my hair after using this conditioner though. smells nice and doesn't have a heavy perfumy scent that my sinuses hate.
con: takes like 15 pumps to get enough conditioner for my shoulder length hair. sounds like a lot of conditioner but, it is not, pump dispenses veryyyy little per pump.

I love this conditioner. I do think the price is a little high for the amount of product you receive. The pump in my bottle was broke and I thought I would just not use the pump. Turned out it was a pain in the neck and more product was coming out than I needed. I contacted customer service and they were amazing. The immediately sent me a new conditioner. They really stand behind their product.

With the conditioner color last almost to the next treatment. I can not use he pump and consistency of the condition is thick and hard to remove from the bottle.

One application and my hair is smooth and tangle free and frizz free. My only complaint is the pump is small so it takes 12-15 pumps to get enough for longer hair.

I've been using the color for several months now but this is the first time I bought the shampoo and conditioner as an added item. I have always really liked the little packets of these products that come with the color and now I have full size bottles of each. I gave 4 stars rather than 5 because I don't love a pump bottle in general and this particular pump bottle didn't work at all.

Only thing I'd like more really is for my treatment to come every four weeks so it's here ready when I need it as the money seems to come out then it's another week or more before I receive my colour..

Amazing conditioner. But you have to use almost 14 pumps of it, where as the shampoo you only need 4. Wish you got a bigger bottle for the same price. Would make it a lot more worth it.

This conditioner has a lovely smell and leaves my hair nice and soft. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it makes my hair slightly more greasy at the root but that's maybe just the effect on my hair.

After the shampoo I'm thinking... I'm going to need a lot to be able to comb through my hair. No true. Again a little goes a long way and my hair loves it smooth and silky easy to comb through. I will keep using also.

The conditioner is really wonderful right after you color your hair but as the month progresses, it doesn't seem any better or worse than any other conditioner you could buy. I'm glad I tried it but wouldn't go out of my way to order it again.

The conditioner was 5 star all the products were, I just couldn't make my multiple stylists understand the colour I was after. I advised that my natural colour was brunette but that I wanted a colour that would give me a dark mature blonde. Instead I got brunette with red/blonde high lights, completely the opposite. Hence I cancelled my order.

Although I was a bit disappointed with the Heart Lock It Shampoo, the conditioner was a better fit for me. It was really creamy and I didn't need a whole lot to smooth into my hair and it left it smelling great and feeling soft and that's all I can ever really ask out of a conditioner so I'm happy.

Love the product hate the packaging , if I could get this without a pump that would be great, one pump gives you a tiny amount and if you're like me and like to use a nice amount of conditioner you will be pumping like 20 times ...

The only reason I rated this product as 4 stars instead of 5 stars is due to the container and the pump mechanism. I love the conditioner and it makes my hair soft and manageable, which I appreciate. However, the pump doesn't always work and it takes many hard pushes to get hardly any product out at all. I wish these shampoos and conditioners came in a squeeze tube-like container - more like the travel sizes. So, keep the conditioner formula and drop the container! That would make me give it 5 stars.

I really do like this product. I love the way it smells especially! The only issue that I have is that it only lets you pump out a very small amount. My hair is very long and pretty thick so I'm literally having to stand there and pump it out 5 or 6 times before I get enough. I would like it to be a bigger bottle with a pump that pumps out like 4 to 5 x's more than it does.

I stopped using this product to save it for next time I dyed my hair purely because I noticed the colour quickly fading! I do believe it's definitely a must to have though :) I will definitely try it again!

Nice conditioner and like the pump action...but I do feel it's not rich enough to make any difference to my dyed hair as my ends are now very dry which they weren't prior to dying them with your product

I can't say this is any better or worse than most hair conditioners. I like it, not sure if I would order again. I can get cheaper conditioner that works as well.

Same as shampoo review. The product is very good and I really like it. The pump bottle doesn't deliver enough product with each pump. Have to pump dozen times or more to get enough for my hair. And the mechanism fails from time to time. Also, I would like to get a larger portion of product for the cost.
