Seemed to disappear into thin air

I’m not overly impressed if I’m honest. I split my hair into 2 sections and use 2 pumps per section I applied to one side with 2 pumps and I didn’t even get to the end of my hair until it seemed to just vanish. Smell not great either

I like LOVE conditioner, but I have to add a serum as well before blow drying my hair otherwise it would not have a smooth look. My hair is very dry.

I like this conditioner but the pump does not work at all. I have to unscrew the whole contraption. I will have to put it in another container to use.

I always use the packet of this conditioner after I rinse out my color and my hair always looked great so I was incredibly disappointed that after purchasing 2 bottles (I thought it would just take a little more time so I ordered another bottle) I now realize this conditioner just doesn't work on my hair. Leaves it tangled and frizzy with a greasy scalp. I love esalon products so hoping I can find one of their conditioners that works for me.

Works as conditioner, but I wish it was a little thicker. I feel like I need to use a lot to cover my strands. The bottles are already quite small for the price.

My review is for the volumizimg product but am writing the review here because this is what I had purchased. Went to eSalon to have my hair done, which was a great experience, and purchased the shampoo and conditioner there. Didn’t notice I had gotten volumizimg conditioner instead of the color care conditioner. I decided to keep it and use it then order the other conditioner. Not until I received my second conditioner did I realize the volumizimg conditioner was actually making my hair flat and limp. Not a product that worked for me at all

Not sure about this condioner yet. I don’t like the way my hair felt. It wasn’t as smooth as I thought it should be? Because of that I did not blow dry my hair but applied additional protective products. I will have to continue using and review again.

I can’t use this conditioner on a regular basis. It smells amazing, but it caused my hair to remain greasy. Once or twice within the month, I was able to use it minimally to restore moisture-along with the shampoo. If I applied too much, my hair was greasy instantly. I was disappointed.

Our Heart Lock It is a sulfate-free shampoo as chemicals like Sodium Lauryl Sulfate that cause lather can also strip the hair of color and moisture. Everywhere my bangs and hair touch my face is a field of blackheads and pimples and scabs and scars because of whatever is in this conditioner. I have been going through hell trying to figure it out for months, and I'm horrified it's this. I used to have completely blemish free skin and this awful product has ruined my face. Do not use if you have sensitive skin or bangs!

The bottle is very small for the price. The plunger doesn't work and I have to open the lid to get it out. There is no fragrance and it is not the same quality as what comes with the hair coloring. I won't buy this again it is very poor quality.

I was out of conditioner when I ordered my color, so I bought some of this. It doesn't work on my hair. First I had to use a ton of it just to get it through my hair, then after letting it sit for a couple minutes, it felt like I hadn't conditioned it at all.
Very unhappy with this.

I like it. Seems to condition my hair but I don't think it is anything special. And my color has been fading pretty quickly even though I only was my hair 3-4 times a week using this and the color care shampoo. Not sure if that is a strike against this product or a strike against the esalon hair color. I wouldn't spend the money on it again.

I have given all of these products more than a fair trial run. The first time I said may be I did something
wrong? Next couple of times knowing I have extremely thick hair I kept another brand on stand by, but also esalon leave in conditioner.
I kid you not I used HALF of 1 bottle on my head and it still had not absorbed into my hair! I was truly in shock. Lastly I attempted 1 more time with the leave in conditioner done at the end. That helped, but my hair still. Felt like broken coarse hay in some areas. Sadly this product made my hair worse in some aspects causing me to need professional conditioning treatments etc.
So I am not saying do not try the product, but for extremely thick natural curly hair... it does not seem as though their products are cut out for that.

I suppose for many people, added body and texture is beneficial but my hair already has lots of natural wave, with a "C" shape from the temples around the ear and all through the back, so I don't need a lot of extra body from a conditioner. I prefer a lighter volume without any added weight so, even though it does what you say it will do, I can take it or leave it.

I used it once already and it took at least 10 pumps to get all my hair conditioned and lightly only. Then it was tough to brush through my hair, not sure if I'll buy this again for this price.

The conditioner and shampoo I feel leaves my hair dry and not soft to the touch. It's not bad but seems harsh when using every day. I prefer using my shampoo and conditioner.

I love my custom hair color but the second time I used it... my hair was really greasy and felt like straw for 7 washings!!! When I asked my colorist she said it was because I was using cheap shampoo!!! It was the this conditioner and the shampoo to match!

Ummm. yeah, I don't think so. I have very nice body to my hair, curly bouncy and this stuff was HORRIBLE. It didn't do ANYTHING to soften or shin your hair.
This was the last of ALL 4 out of 4 of your products that I will NEVER buy again.

I love the shampoo/conditioner from the eSalon coloring package! The problem is that I've ordered the individual shampoo/conditioner but cannot open the pump! In order to use the conditioner, I had to remove the unopened pump to use the conditioner. UGH!!

I am quite disappointed with both the shampoo & conditioner. The shampoo is not thick enough. And needs a lot to lather up.
The conditioner also needs quite a lot to work through my hair and leave my hair dry and course.

Sad to say that just as the shampoo that goes with this conditioner I was not too impressed with this product either. After shampooing, I used this conditioner and still my hair became dry, brittle, and very tangled. I felt as though my hair was tied up in knots. I already have issues with tangles and breakage and this just made matters worse for me. Sorry to say but it is not my favorite product.

You don't get enough for your buck!!! Had to use the whole bottle on my hair right after I dyed it. had to wash & condition my hair 4 times to get all the dye out & I have extremely thick & long hair!!! You don't have to wait for your hair to fall eventually in a due course of time. I had noticed as soon you use the shampoo/conditioner... You see bunch of hair coming off your head. It freaked me out. Have got very bad experience with this product. Please do not buy this product and waste your time and money. Very dissatisfied.

Weighs down my hair

I do have fine hair, but quite a bit. I use this conditioner 1 or 2 times a week, but spaced out. If I use it twice in a row then my hair looks greasy and weighed down. And I only use conditioner on my ends. Not the roots. I do use the Leave-in Conditioner after every shower though.

I've been using this in conjunction with the Lock It shampoo. Does not provide acceptable conditioning for color-treated hair at all. Leaves hair, dry, frizzy, and utterly lifeless. My hair has never looked worse.
