Didnt change my hair colorSorry to say as the 1st order it was great and was the colour i wanted but for some reason It looks nothing like the colour i wanted and it didn't do the colour! Terrible gray coverageSo…my color was supposedly adjusted after I wrote in stating that my grays (new growth) needed better coverage. Caused huge allergic reactionI have been using eSalon's hair dyes since lockdown and was originally very happy. The last couple of shipments of my custom colour have caused me to have an allergic reaction. Initially like contact dermatitis - itching, flaking and sore around my scalp and ears. This time, my forehead is completely swollen and I am in a lot of pain. This didnt happen before and I dont know if the product has changed or my sensitivity has, but I would avoid without doing a full test beforehand. 0 di 0 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. Didn't cover the graysI followed the instructions exactly but was disappointed to see just as many grays in my part line as before my coloring.
