did not order - did not receive - did not receive creditI stopped my service in June 2021. In January 2022 I was sent, out ot the blue, a free color set due to order credits I had accumulated. One year after stopping my service, July 2022, I find my debit card was charged $33 for an order I did not place and it was mailed to an address that is no longer current. The color didn't take, and it damaged my hairThe color didn't take at all, it was a gorgeous plum while in use, but it washed out and left my hair brassy and frizzy, my opinion is it was old product. If there was a different type i might reapply to fix the mess it left... Doesn’t cover graySadly, I am going to have to cancel my subscription. This is the second time that it hasn’t even touched my gray hairs. I’ve been a customer for a number of years.
