Still no natural red color. It is either too brassy or none at all.I have not been happy with the mix of color. This current order left my hair a mousy brown...no red highlights at all. Same color!I talked to my color specialist and explained how I didn't like my first color, it wasnt dark blonde like I wanted, it was more of a ugly rusty burnt orange. She apologized and said she would adjust my color well Guess what COLOR WAS THE SAME! Im not going to pay $30 for color I hate. Good customer serviceThe customer service is good they try to fix what is wrong but the Hair Care does not work for me. I got the wrong developer two times and the color did not stay in my hair but it lightened my hair when I was supposed to go almost black. My first & second shippment was the perfect color.The color are fantastic, but for some reason my last order contains much red in it. I was disappointed after the coloring. I am to sick to report this matter at present. i had major back surgery. Please do not change my formula. Thank you. Did not cover gray color fades out in 3 weeksSo much for the professional color matching. It only last for 3 weeks. As for first time buyer I was suppose to have free shipping was charged I'll stay with store bought hair color that lasts I do not recomend esalon 0 di 0 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. Good hair color, Horrible customer serviceI have been using e-salon for about a year now. For some reason I did not get my order sent to the same mail box I have used for a year now. I called e-salon and they would not re mail my order. Instead told me to go to the post office because it could not be safety left at the same mail box it was sent to before for a year. This never happened to me before. Chewy.com just re sends the product and does not make you feel like a criminal. It is one box of hair dye...they have lost me as a customer due to being treated rudely and because I can’t depend on getting my order from them now anyway. If you live at an apartment, save yourself the trouble and do not use e salon bc you may not get your order.
