no root coverage!I followed each step and when I was done with the rather lengthy process, my roots still had barely any coverage. I typically use satin hair color in a 1B and with the description of your product I was expecting an actual blue black color. This was not the case. When I was doing the questionnaire there wasn't an option to order a darker blue black color. I'm very frustrated because this process took so long and the pay off was VERY DISSAPOINTING. What an awful customer service!I finally purchased this product, after so many adverts on my Facebook feed saying how awesome iit is. Result is so much darker than any professional hair dyes that I had to remove the colour. I placed another purchase with a different colour, a lot lighter. They sent me the first colour again. When I reached out, I was told I had done something wrong.
