Fake customer serviceActually, I had a question I asked weeks ago and never got an answer to. Now I’m waiting for my next shipment, not knowing whether my issue was addressed. Got yet another computer generated reach out that seems sincere but is pure sham. Urg. I hate being lied to. hoping for longer lasting colorI initially liked the color but after a week I can already see gray roots on my crown. I'm disappointed with the staying power of this product. I followed the steps and instructions closely but to no avail. Good, but too red.The instructions and set were great, really easy to follow and got great coverage from it. There were two bottles , one for the roots and one for the length, I'm not sure if it was the colour I selected combined with my old balayage, but the top came out pretty much as expected and the length of my hair was very aubergine/red which is not what I was going for. I wanted a light brown/dark blonde with a red tinge, which I thought is what I had selected. I would also like a picture of the colour you've selected on the receipt, just so you can remind yourself what it's supposed to look like prior to dying. Not even close to the colour I wantedI had light brown hair and wanted to dye it ginger, bought this because it seemed like a nice concept but it’s just turned my hair dark brown with a hint of red. I even sent in photos of what my hair looked like and the colour I wanted so I’m not sure where it went wrong. The smell was...horrible.I couldn’t get past it to do it. I am super sensitive to fragrance anyway and I wish eSalon would come up with a different type of product.
