Better communication could make this betterThe packaging is great and the kit comes with everything you could need (including multiple pairs of gloves). The directions are tailored to you and come with a sticker so they can be stuck right to the bathroom mirror. The color itself was awesome when I first applied it and I took photos over the course of 4 weeks to compare to the initial color. The overall color has stayed with exception of the copper which faded very quickly. This was disappointing, especially since I don’t wash my hair every day and use color safe shampoo and heat protectant when using heat styling. This would be a 4-star review, but the part of the experience I found the most frustrating was my experience with the colorist. It was my understanding that you message them what you like and don’t like and they alter your color to try to get it where you want it. We messaged back and forth and the formula hadn’t changed and nothing was resolved. After the last message I never received a response but saw she added a rinse. I shouldn’t feel like I’m putting her out by asking her to help me get the color I want to last longer than a week. This has been my biggest issue with esalon. I’m afraid to give this one more chance. I’m on the fence because I feel like this could really work if I had someone willing to communicate and work with me rather than dismiss my color needs. 0 di 0 persone pensano che questa recensione sia utile. DisappointedI was disappointed initially when I saw the color card. It did not represent at all what I wanted. I was totally disappointed when I dried my hair and saw the gray around my face was still there...no color at all...and I had followed the instructions explicitly! I decided to try ESalon because of the gray. Wow...what a waste of money. I also could not get over how strong smelling it was! My face turned red, and my husband in the next room said his eyes were sore and teary. Maybe this product works for some people, but it is not for me. No funciono.Este producto no ha tapado ninguna de mis canas y me ha dejado mi pelo rojiso (color que no me guasta para nada) Estoy muy desconforme. No puse una sola estrella porque creo que la atencion es muy buena, pero el producto no funciono para nada en mi cabello y me arruino mi color. Estoy muy triste por eso. DisappointedI read all the great things this product would do. How it would not dry my hair out as much, how applying the shampoo and conditioner would ass shine and this and that. I have been more than careful to follow the instructions as stated. Unfortunately i was better Off using 10. 00 products. I’ve given this products Months to make me change my mind. Won't let me leave 0 star reviewWorst coloring experience in er 0 years of hair coloring. Color not as requested. Redo sent was still off and made my hair feel like mud was caked in it. Very mediocre at best...My natural color is medium flat brown hair, between a level 6 and 7. My hair is previously colored a brown auburn red with 2-3 inches of regrowth at the roots. My eSalon custom color was Medium Brown (Red Copper). They sent me an email to confirm I was OK with this color as they thought it would be too dark or too drastic of a change. I told them that was fine and to proceed, I prefer darker. I had high hopes this would be a bold change as my hair usually takes color (especially red tones) very well. After the lengthy process, I could barely tell the difference. The color just barely evened out my previous color with my roots. The at-home process was annoying and the smell of the products were harsh enough that I opened the bathroom window & door and was still overwhelmed by it. My hair has barely any red tone when it really should have refreshed my color. Disappointed, cancelled my plan and wouldn't recommend.
